She gives absolutely top-notch service to all her clients, and the salon offers an extensive offering of services. Rhonda gives such an amazing pedicure... I feel completely pampered from the soak to the massage and the wide array of colors to choose for polish. One thing that really impresses me is Rhonda's standard of cleanliness... Her mani and pedi stations are immaculate at all times, something not all salons pay attention to. She has several nail techs, as well as excellent stylists on staff. The salon is bright, colorful & welcoming. I highly recommend giving Rhonda a call next time you want to tickle your toes!

They were super rude to her and me and said too busy. They also then referred her to a salon that is closed. Way to help out someone in need (or at least treat someone with kindness). I am not sure if they thought my mom is old (she's not), or if they're just that rude and mean, but they just lost a good client and her zillion friends. Not to mention, I get my hair cut in NYC by the same stylist who cuts Olivia Palermo's hair, and I'm always asked for a good rec in MD. Well, I definitely won't be sending them to M2 (& Andre would NEVER treat someone like that!)

They r talented, efficient and they don't push a bunch of products on you before you leave. You are in good hands if you schedule with either one of them!!

Beth was my stylist, and I thought she did a pretty good job, so I wanted to go back to see if her work would be consistent. By the time I called to schedule another appointment, the person who answered the phone said Beth didn't work there anymore. I asked for an appointment with someone else on a Saturday. I don't remember the name of the person with whom the appointment was made, but it was for a Saturday (scheduled two weeks in advance) for 11 a.m. The day of the appointment, I had to rush to get there at 11:00 and walked in and sat down in a chair in front of the counter at 11:04. At this time, there was no one behind the counter, and there was a young lady giving a gentleman a haircut in the far right corner of the salon. I sat there for 20 minutes, and the girl who was working the counter passed by me twice without saying a word. Finally, the girl who was cutting hair looked in my direction and asked, "How are you?" I smiled and said "good" and kept waiting. By 11:40, no one had said anything else. At 11:45, the girl who was supposed to be working the counter was standing next to the stylist while she was still working on the gentleman's hair, and they were talking to each other. I had to interrupt their conversation to walk over to them and say, "Excuse me, but I didn't realize I would have to wait 45 minutes for an appointment, and I don't have time to wait anymore, especially since I have no idea how long it will be." The counter girl said, "Would you like to reschedule?" I said, "No, I certainly would not" and walked out. I understand that hair appointments run late sometimes, but at least have the customer service skills to acknowledge my presence in the place and the courteousness to inform me how long the wait will be. It's obvious this business is not interested in customer service, and I will not be back.
