First was Will, I got a pedicure with regular paint. Very gentle kept checking to make sure all was well gave a really good massage very thorough painted my nails beautifully. I would like to figure out how to have a little longer soak in a little hotter water, so I need to figure out what to ask for to make that happen but other than that it was perfect. Then I got builder gel with very short tips for the first time, with Terry. They couldn't be any more perfect than they came out! Exactly what I wanted. I was going to say no polish on the top but he showed me a clear tiny bit tinted top and I agreed. I want to go out my real nails, and this will get me on my way. I like that I could relax and let them do what they do so well, without having to make small talk.. outside of checking in to make sure I'm okay and that what they were doing was good. After confirming, I came in and was a walk in after booking an appointment for my niece. The salon is clean and beautiful. However, the "Gel x" full set by Linda didn't actually use Apres Gel X product-which is technically fraudulent. Being an Apres user, I am familiar with the brand, and know the product. I waited to see how the "product" would hold up.. The nail art by Vincent was amazing! Yet, after leaving the salon, within two hours, one of my VERY EXPENSIVE "not Gel X" nails fell off. I am uncertain how the others will hold up. This is not typical of the Gel X product. If you are going to claim that you use Gel x- USE THE ACTUAL PRODUCT. I will be reaching out to Apres to advise them of this situation. In the meantime I will likely find a salon that actually uses the Apres product. Unfortunate because the nail art from Vincent and this salon is beautifully done.

This has been the case for years prior. Crystal had always gone red my services until now. I had several waxes left when she moved but was informed that my waxing contract expired. After reading the contract it is true it had expired but how unprofessional to have not given me a courtesy reminder prior to the expiration or moving towns. I randomly went to book a wax in September last year and seen the address had changed. I text her to inquire about the move and she responded by confirming the move stating she had just reopened. Unfortunately the vibe of excellent customer service is gone. All the five star reviews from Stockton should be removed as it gives customers a false impression.
