I was also told that they are not known for selling cars yet. I have seen themselves several, so I wasn't sure what the issue was with selling one to me. The title for the car i sign had two owners. I was unaware of that until arriving at the DMV. After notifying him, I returned to figure out the signing process. After leaving the building, I was told that my money will be returned to me. And I will not be getting the car, even though I had already signed on the title and given cash. Not trust worthy people at all. Now my name is on the title of a car that I do not have the possession to. Would not recommend this place. The sad part is I've been going here for about 10 years. So I thought I would be treated better then this.

The pricing was extremely high, with labor appearing to be around $200 per hour, which is more in line with dealership rates. After looking up the repairs myself, it seemed like they were charging the maximum labor time possible for each job. The estimates were so inflated that it almost felt like they were billing as if they completely reassembled the entire vehicle before moving on to replace the next part. The costs simply didn't seem justified. Honestly, it left me wondering if they didn't really want to work on my older vehicle and instead quoted an outrageously high price because they'd only be willing to take on the job if the payout was large enough. Whatever the reason, the estimates felt excessive. I was also disappointed with their diagnosis of a differential leak. Instead of identifying the specific leaking seal, I was quoted for replacing every seal in the differential, which resulted in a very expensive repair estimate. After researching the issue online for my particular vehicle, it appears that a single seal failure is a fairly common problem and would be significantly less expensive to repair. Rather than diagnosing the actual source of the leak, it felt like they were recommending the most expensive possible solution. Overall, I went in expecting fair prices and accurate diagnostics based on the reviews I had read, but left feeling frustrated and skeptical. Between the dealership-level pricing and the broad, expensive repair recommendations, I would strongly encourage others to get a second opinion before authorizing major repairs.

I paid my deductible when I picked up my car. Not sure why, but when my insurance company settled up with the shop, they also paid the deductible. I was notified by my insurance company that the deductible had been paid twice and that the shop should refund the deductible that I paid. Well, that was 4 1/2 months ago and about 20 phone calls later. I have yet to receive the money owed to me. The shop says they are now "corporate" and that the claim is with their accounting department. Again, it has been 4 1/2 months... No one ever answers the phone at the corporate office (which is in Arizona). No one ever returns calls / messages - I have left over 10. I am now paying an attorney to write a demand letter...
