I had an appointment scheduled originally to upgrade my vehicle's headlight system but decided to cancel today. After e-mailing back and forth a few times I just wasn't clear on the price for labor and kit being difference from online. I decided to try another shop due to the price difference on the same HID kit and labor. Maybe I'll try these guys again in the future. I reached out to these guys today inquiring about my various options to either do a projector retrofit and/or changing my current bulbs from halogen to LED. In the space of an afternoon, they have promptly and patiently answered me more than 7 times in a long e-mail chain educating me on both my options and being very straight forward with which of the options are DOT approved. I went to buy led bulbs a for my 2011 Dodge Charger and only 2 out of 10 bulbs worked. So I went back for help and after waiting for an hour for a tech I was told they were too busy to help so they gave me can bus bulbs and said to try them instead. So I did and as a result my rear dome lights shorted out and would not even run my stock bulbs. When I asked them why this happened they said they didn't know and would return my bulbs. Unfortunately they only gave me half of my money back and said I broke there bulbs? So I just dropped Almost 200 bucks on bulbs and they are only refunding me 43.00? On top of that my rear lights are shorted out. The door lights they gave me were so weak my stock lights put them to shame. My license plate bulb would not fit it was too long. Bottom line the employees at hid kit pros issaquah are lacking knowledge,professionalism., and all customer service! I have never been so disappointed ! Please avoid them at all cost! read more

Also, be aware, they want you to come in for an "consult" to in order to give a quote. Once I actually brought the car in for the work, the "estimate" was off by 5x vs the original "estimate"...I told the owner/Ben that he needs to start calling this a "complete guestimate"...All Ben could say is..."let me be honest with you..." and that his hands we're tied....this place and Ben is a complete joke. They went above and beyond the call of duty and exceeded my expectations. I had my 2017 Forester with HID's for the low beams, fog lights, as well as LED's for the interior and the taillights. Unfortunately, and this was not their fault, I had 3 issues with my HID's, mainly the ballasts on two different occasions plus an issue with the bulbs for the fog lights. They went out of their way literally to not only take care of the issues with my vehicle that happened, but also took care of me as a customer! This business is 100% legit and customer service focused! I cannot say enough good things about HID Kit Pros. Here's my latest situation: HID Kit Pros installed new HID fog lights, halo lights, low beam, and high beam bulbs & ballasts in January 2017. Around September, my right low-beam would intermittently report an issue but it would go away after turning on/off the lights; I could deal with that random annoyance. My right fog light started to act up just as the rainy season began. In December, the bulb finally stopped working. Skip ahead a few weeks past the holidays, I called HID and got a service appointment a few weeks out to just replace the fog bulb. Today when I picked up my car, I was pleasantly surprised to hear that there was a recall notice on ALL of my low-beam bulbs and HID Kit Pros replaced ALL of them at no charge because they truly honor their warranties and care about their customers!!! I'm confident if I went somewhere else, the bulb would have been replaced and I would be content; unsure how many businesses would actually check if the issue was related to a recall. These guys are the best I had them fix work that was done by another individual on my Subaru Forester. The wiring the previous person did was messy and one of the ballast went out but when I brought my car to these guys they went above and beyond and did amazing work and even fixed my sagging bumper. Thanks so much for the great HID kit for my 2017 Toyota Tundra! Simple to install the lights. Most difficult process was getting the headlight assembly out of my truck. Lights worked perfectly! I was worried about flickering as in the past I had issues with China made HIDs. After much research I found your company with American made products! No more static in the radio when headlights are on! Really appreciate the quality of the ballast and headlights. Even though I just installed them I am very optimistic on how they will hold up! I took my Prius in a couple of days ago. It had a high beam issue on the driver's side and HID Kit Pros took apart the light assembly and found that the cable was loose. I want to start by saying that the guys here are knowledgeable and probably good at what they do. But my issue is the customer service and response time when needing to speak to any rep at their store. I had bought quite a few items a few weeks ago and one wasn't in stock so it was to be mailed. Once I revived it, I went in to install all parts. My halos were to big for my headlight setup and the RGB wireless remote didn't work. I called 3 times and even left a VM but they never responded. I sent multiple emails and have gotten no response. In the past when emailing just to ask about my order to be shipped it took a good 3-5 days before a response. It could be frustrating when trying to ask a question about their product and not hear back for days. It's made me want to find a different dealer of morimoto parts to get my questions answered. Also currently wanting to exchange the incorrect parts but might be a week before I hear back from them. Guess the car will sit torn apart until then. Smh Edit: I bumped it up a couple stars as Ben got I. Touch with me and wasn't aware of the situation. He will accommodate to the few simple things needed and questions answered. Once everything is done and goes well I'll definitely give them the 5 stars I know that they deserve. Like I'd mentioned my only issue was customer service. Purchased a HID kit for my fogs and headlights at an amazing price. The staff including the owner Ben were very helpful and knowledgeable about what i needed for my 2006 Lexus IS. A few days later I installed them expecting average results since the price was so low. What I actually got was a very high quality system with excellent visibility and crazy good looks. I compared it side by side with my mothers 2014 Lexus GS and they looked exactly the same. Just goes to show the quality if it rivals the look of a brand new 65 grand Lexus. I ordered the interior LED kit for my 4runner and received all the lamps. Packaging etc look fine and installation went well. Unfortunately one of the lamps changed color temp shortly after installation and looks totally different than the others. I contacted them immediately expecting a quick exchange and even offered to buy more lamps to save them the shipping. Trying to get a return/exchange has been more than painful. Probably 5-6 email exchanges, photo's etc. They now want the lamps removed and additional pictures taken. It's maybe a $ 5.00 part! So glad I didn't move ahead with more expensive items like headlights etc. That would be a complete nightmare. There has to be a better option to buy these parts. Hope this information helps everyone. read more
