It's rare to see a contractor with only positive ratings these days, so choosing Tom and Jerry's…read morewas a no-brainer for that alone. I needed to replace the roof on a new home for my son. I obtained a few estimates from different contractors, and they were not the cheapest, but they were reasonably priced with far better reviews than the cheaper option, which is another reason I chose them. Thomas is highly responsive to communication, which again is quite unusual with most contractors in my experience, so that was a nice plus too. They provided evidence of insurance upon request. We paid a 50% deposit to get on the schedule and I was able to pay that by credit card without an extra fee, which was appreciated since it allowed me to get reward points on the purchase. A crew of three guys came out to the house early in the morning and completed the job just before dark. They did a phenomenal job. Each step was documented with pictures to show where rotten decking needed to be replaced, and an explanation of everything. Despite already being reasonably priced, Thomas gave us a nice discount for the extra decking on the final invoice, which was a happy surprised and very much appreciated. They also cleaned up very well after themselves. If you need a new roof or any kind of roof work, Tom and Jerry Roofing is the best there is without a doubt!

Another contractor just used a drone to inspect the roof. And while I understand, this is efficient and can identify areas that need to be repaired, he missed about three things that Tom identified. The crew that came out were pleasant and did a great job. The cost was reasonable. I am very pleased with Tom and Jerry's and would definitely seek them out future roofing needs.

In 35 years of homeownership, Georgia Roof Advisors is one of the best companies we've worked with…read more After moisture appeared on our ceiling, they thoroughly inspected our roof inside and out and determined that the roof itself was in excellent condition. They identified a few skylight and boot seals that needed attention, and we were extremely pleased with the repairs, the crew, and the price. They even cleaned up our skylights as they wrapped up their repairs! When we later called with questions about continued moisture, they promptly sent an expert to investigate. After another careful inspection, they determined that our aging HVAC system was the likely source. They never try to sell you something you don't need.
