A strategically placed bar with a large mirror at the far end of the dining area brightens the entire room and invites diners into the restaurant. The menu is fairly sophisticated, and offers something for almost everyone. I had the Pecan Crusted Chicken, sauteed and drizzled with a savory brie beschamal and striped with raspberry coulis and served on top of a bed of basmati rice pilaf. The presentation was beautiful and the food was excellent. The wife had the Wild Mushroom Risotto and said it was delicious. We shared a Pecan Upside Down Cake a la mode for dessert that was fantastic. Our server Tim was efficient, attentive, and personable. We went back the very next night (because it was apparent that Bella Cucina is the area's premium restaurant) and sat at the bar where we had a great time interacting with local patrons.
