The inspection was supposed to be of the full attic. My attic is split due to vaulted ceiling so the young girl and young boy only inspected half of the attic without going through other door. A tube was put in and netting put up from the outside for a week. The bat droppings removal was included along with sanitation but droppings were still left in attic under area where bat was seen hanging during clean up. And still other side was not checked to make sure nothing was left. When i called to voice a complaint, the owner returned my call but had the nerve to raise his voice with me getting upset over me explaining about the dropping still being there and other side of attic being checked by the girl he sent out. The girl stated that she sprayed both sides but had not even been to the other side and i just wanted to make sure we were fully in the clear for our attic. I would not recommend this company if you talk to customers like that when an issue arises.

We've had no issue with ants or otherwise since we've started with Harmony. Recently, on a Sunday, a raccoon holed up under our deck and wasn't budging. With kids and dogs, we needed to get it out. We called Harmony since we knew that they would "catch and release" if the raccoon was healthy. They came out quickly and removed the animal without incident. I was expecting a huge bill for the last minute weekend call, but it was more than reasonable.

Anyways, I called Paul who gave me a very reasonable price quote (definitely cheaper than everyone else I called) about removing the birds. Someone (not Paul) came out 2 days later but unfortunately, the nest was so far in that they wouldn't move the babies out without either damaging my wall more or hurting the birds. They DID however recommend that I wait another week bc the birds looked ready to fly out, and told me to seal the hole when the birds literally leave the nest. I was not charged for the visit.

Sometime in December the city began a neighbourhood-wide 4 month construction project that regularly saw streets dug up, re dug up and filled in, and gas lines replaced, etc. That lasted until March of this 2017. Do you know what happens when earth is disturbed like that on a daily basis for 4 months? Have you ever seen The Secret of Nimh? At first there was a mouse in the house. Then I saw something larger outside. One night a living something was stuck in the HVAC unit (so loud I thought someone was trying to break in). I contacting the leasing company and they told me it was nothing. Not too long after, I arrived back from a holiday on a Saturday afternoon to the foulest odor I have ever encountered. So foul it made me afraid to enter the house. I contacted first the leasing company, who told me while I was standing outside with my suitcase in my hand, to buy a bunch of glade plugins, open the windows and they might be out maybe on Tuesday 'to have a look'. My second call still standing on my porch with suitcase in hand was to RJ. And he fixed everything. By the following Tuesday RJ had: Inspected the house, scheduled and supervised contractors as they removed the entire attic insulation, removed the deceased offenders, filled in exposed gaps and holes, scheduled and supervised the entire attic re-insulation, informed the leasing company, text me throughout and also had the air ducts cleaned to remove any linger odors. All the while I stayed away while RJ took over the house. I will admit there were some sleepless nights wondering about strangers coming in and out, about the safety of my belongings, the mess ... but I also wondering what in the world would I have done had I not had Mitchell Pest's contact information in my phone. Long story long? I authorised the work and footed the bill because I found unacceptable the leasing company's idea of acceptable, had a new job to start on Monday and wanted this done right because I wanted to be there.
