When I went out to my truck I seen they didn't break a screw but busted the centers on the front. According to JAMIE , that was the only way to get the centers off. They didn't both to spray anything on them to help loosen just busted them. Saying that's all they could do. They tried to take the one center off by trying to loosen a fake lug. Not only did they bust the centers, Jamie cussed me and my wife, fu@k this and fu@k that he kept saying. As we was leaving he hollered have a MERRY FU@KING CHRISTMAS. WOW! This is the way Sigs does business. Tells customers to fu@k this and that. I paid $54? .00 for two tires and this is what I get. Never again will I return here for tires. I have bought tires from them for years only to be treated this badly. Who cusses their customers this way? Not only cussing but tearing up my stuff. I hope everyone reads this and sees it's not the place to go for tires. As far as I am concerned they should be shut down completely. No one should do business with them.

I truley believe Michs buys vehicles that have alot of issues, they put some "lipstick" on it and then they sell it. Shortly after you buy it, everything starts going wrong. They do offer a warranty. However, it typically does not cover whatever your vehicles issues are. At this point my best option is to park the POS and pay down on it until I can trade it. I will never deal with Michs again. Our 2019 740i has had over $13k in repairs since it was bought 6 months ago. That is not an exaggeration. If you buy a car from them, I would suggest at minimum looking at the CARFAX, and then take it to a trusted mechanic and have them go over it, before you buy (something my dumbass didnt do). Michs has a great setup, they make money from selling you a car, then make even more money from fixing it! Hell of a business model. Time to call the BBB.

They stayed an hour after closing time to walk us through the entire process and history of the vehicle... then after we used up all THEIR time, and kept them away from THEIR families with no sale to show for it. They had it towed to their business, had it checked out and then confirmed it was the transmission. They had it fixed for us. We went and picked it up and it drove great until my grand daughter totaled it a week later. I keep checking their site hoping they will get something at my price point by the time my insurance check comes. I would buy another one from them. This is a really stand up business.

I have previously RAVED about Sig's because my family has used them the entire time I've been…read morealive. However, I took my car in to have a flat repaired and when I left, my skid plate was dragging. I knew it was cracked, but hadn't been dragging until after I left there. I had seen them pushing up on it, but I trusted them and had figured they were just trying to fix it or something. Fast forward a few months, I have another flat tire with a fast leak. I took it to Walmart for a patch, Walmart told me that the nail was in the sidewall and by policy they can't put it back on- that's fine, so I asked to have my spare put on. I got my spare out for them and they said "m'aam, more bad news. Whoever touched your spare last, cut it off and they owe you a new spare." SIGS TIRE was the last place to touch my spare. Walmart ended up having to put the flat tire back on, and I had to head to Mavis in Hickory because they were the only place that had my tire in stock. They were so kind and courteous, even though they were about to close, they still assisted me quickly. I cannot BELIEVE Sig's cut my tire off without even asking me, and broke my skid plate completely! I will NEVER trust them again, and I will definitely be filing a complaint with BBB!
