If there's anything that you need done to the car or anything that you want different on the car, all you have to do is talk to them, I learned years ago that you'll never know if you don't ask. Honestly if you're buying a car in the Lenoir area these guys we trust both cars were great car didn't have any issues through the whole purchase. They were concerned for my health and worked around my husbands and my schedule. It is hard to find a good place to buy a dependable car from, but we believe we have found it in The Carguys of Lenoir, NC. Friendly, Professional staff members. Reasonable prices Great selection Alex was our salesman this time around, he listened to me, he showed me the cars that fit our needs not his wallet! Thank you Alex and all the guys at Carguys!

They told us to "go home and pray about it, and let us know Monday morning what y'all want to do..." wait... what!?! Just to be clear, it was a $2500 vehicle. There isn't much wiggle room for Commission on this kinda deal. Super impressed. Thanks gentlemen!

Even for people I suggest go there, they don't sugar coat anything and they don't say it needs this or that if it doesn't need it, which is what has made me a loyal customer to this day. I purchased a certified pre-owned (CPO) Volvo XC90 Recharge the day before Thanksgiving. Two main…read moreissues have come up since the purchase and Paramount Volvo has been unwilling or uninterested to resolve either. Their response to post-sale issues leaves a lot to be desired. The problems: 1. The certified pre-owned vehicle comes with an additional warranty from Volvo. The Paramount salesperson providing, in writing, a specific date that the warranty ended. A week or two after purchase, I found out from Volvo corporate that the actual end of warranty was nearly 1.5 years prior to when I was told by Paramount. Paramount has acknowledged the error but has yet to come up with a solution to resolve the big discrepancy. Their response could be summed up by "oops." One and a half years of warranty on a car like this is worth more than a thousand dollars. 2. The certified pre-owned vehicle came with a faulty part that was discovered the day after purchase. The faulty part (the HVCH) prevents the vehicle from heating the cabin when running in all-electric mode and from pre-conditioning the cabin prior to driving. These are nice features to have in the middle of winter! The part will be fixed under warranty, but it is back-ordered by more than 8 weeks. Again, the response from Paramount was "oops."
