These guys are AMAZING!!…read more A bit of background: my wife and I were looking for an SUV that could tow a small trailer and we ended up settling on a used '07 Nissan Pathfinder. We took the Pathfinder over to these guys to get it inspected, and I was immediately impressed with how these guys--Eric and Todd--operated their shop. Their prices were very reasonable and they had a very transparent and down to earth air about them. There are few things I hate more than the feeling of somebody trying to sell me something, and that is a feeling I never had in my dealings with Eric and Todd. They were both exceptionally well-informed and experienced in the subjects they discussed with me and they imparted their knowledge and expertise with care and made me feel like they genuinely cared that my wife and I were going to be safe with our new towing setup. They installed a "pig-tail" receiver in the back of our SUV and a "brake box" to help distribute the brakes between our SUV and the trailer we'd be towing, and they did it all without any issues. Though, after getting the Pathfinder back, I noticed that the little light on my gear-shifter didn't work, nor did any of the powered features on the passenger side. I brought the SUV back in for them to look at, and in no time at all, they informed me that a fuse must have burnt out. They were kind enough to change out that fuse for me at no extra charge and sent me on my way. I've never had such kind, thoughtful service from a mechanic shop before, and I will keep coming back and seeing these guys for as long as I live here. I feel lucky to have found them.

John's Precision Auto Repair is not a shop I would recommend to anyone. I had to have repair work…read moredone to my 2017 F-150 truck. I took my truck to the shop and received a quote. A couple days later the insurance adjuster came out and looked at my truck, he agreed with the estimate and made no changes. I called John's to set up an appointment for repair. I was told to bring it two weeks later and that it would be a six day repair job. I took my truck for repair at 8:00 am on Monday, January 18. My truck should have been ready on Monday, January 25. However, it was not ready. At that point, I was told they were waiting for parts. I called back multiple times over the next several days to ask when the truck would be ready and it seemed as each time, I was given a different date and told different parts that they were waiting on. Finally, on Friday, February 5, I was told that I could pick up my truck, but there were still three parts they were waiting on and I could take it for the weekend, but would need to return it on Monday afternoon to get the other parts put on. So 15 days after dropping my truck off for a 6 day repair, I picked it up. After pick up, I discovered that the inside handle on the rear door would not open the door and there was overspray all over my truck including the windshield. (Just a side note, the door should not have been touched, the repair was to the bed of the truck). I returned on Monday afternoon February 8th to get the top bed rail snapped on, the F-150 sticker put on and the cover for the license plate light put on. I informed them about the door and they fixed it. Then on Wednesday, February 10th, I received an email from the insurance adjuster informing me that he had just received an invoice for an additional payment of $1600.00. The adjuster stated that John's did not ask for or receive prior approval for this supplement. The adjustor told me not to worry about it, that he would take care of it. I replied to the adjustor that John's had never said anything to me about additional charges. My recommendation is that you do use John's Precision Auto for any auto body repair.
