Today, I went to return a pair, the very nice young lady called for a manager (store policy, I guess for every return) and then she started to process my return, at that point she realized my return was outside their 60 day return policy. She explained the policy and I was like, oh ok I wasn't aware. We started putting the shoe boxback in a bag and by then the manager showed up, she didn't say a word. The clerk explained about the time frame, the manager shook her head no. She didn't day 1 word to me. I was actually ok with the policy, my fault I wait 2+months before returning, but the way the manager trated me was unacceptable. She then followed me a my husband while we shopped for another pair of shoes, just standing at the end of the aisle for about 5 min and watching is before finally moving on. As someone who does customer service, I find her manager skills lacking. The young lady that originally helped me is the only reason I stayed to shop.

My love for shoes eventually convinced me to check them out. I had never seen a Shoe Station before and I was thinking that it might be like a DSW but it wasn't. They actually sold really nice high-end shoes as well as more basic options. I simply did not find anything that suited me. The odd thing about this store is that it is set up more like a Pay-less and this may initially give you pause. However, don't let that deter you because they had a wonderful selection of shoes for the entire family. I actually liked the options for men better than the options for the ladies. If you like shoes that are different and a bit adventurous, you may want to check out the Shoe Station. In addition to shoes, they have regular clothing items and accessories like shoulder bags and long sleeveless vests for women. This store is located in Shoppes at Eastchase Shopping Center.
