ZERO STARS . The interior is severely outdated, the booths are completely worn and uncomfortable. There's tanks setting out in the lobby. AWEFUL ! it's burnt and taste like a dirty griddle. No flavor but burnt. The dumplings you can tell are not homemade. The lady at the front wasn't inviting but very helpful with describing the food options for us , and was reasonable with a refund for the horrid food. Save your money and go elsewhere read more

Believe the reviews. This place is bad bad bad. Place is dirty and usually about 4-5 teens hanging out in the corner cheesing with the girls in the back. Just not a professional environment. I don't think the guy who owns these cares about the bad reviews. read more

Went by for dinner tonight. Checked the times for the restaurant and showed it closed at 9:15 p.m. Showed up at 8:15 p.m. and the front doors were chained shut and a sign saying the drive-in was open. If I had wanted to eat in my car I would have gone to Sonics. read more

I used to go to this restaurant a few times, I went on Saturday. They have friendly customer service. I ordered a shrimp bowl with noodles and vegetables. The noodles, shrimp, and vegetables were so greasy, I was surprised when I got my order so quickly. But the food was not good at all . The vegetables should have been crispy not greasy. I have eaten at Hibachi Expressed in the past and Have enjoyed it but lately they don't use any soy sauce in there cooking at all . I even asked if they would cook the meat in the soy sauce as other Asian restaurants do and they said They always do. We've tried this place 3 times and ordered chicken hibachi. Each time the chicken was dry but we were hungry enough to eat it. Tonight the chicken bits were so dry that I couldn't even stick my fork in them to eat. $26 for 3 dinners and we filled up on the rice and veggies because the chicken was tough as jerky. So my 2 daughters and I went here for the 1st time **After reading reviews** we still decided we would give it a shot. we ordered: VEGTABLE FRIED Rice--- However we got Rice NO VEGES?? Sweet n Sour Chicken: which is on the menu mind you only for the person waiting on us looked confused and to say " uh we don't actually have that we have sauce you can put on the chicken..." ok whatever same thing. I had high expectations for the place. I've had a few friends recommend it so I finally decided to try it. Boy was I disappointed. I love the cabbage in the steak habachi plate. Otherwise, is fairly bland unless you doctor it up with some soy and yum yum sauce. Good egg rolls and large portions. I got the teriyaki chicken and it had no flavor at all. Go with steak if you easy there. read more

I can't tell you how many times I've come by after work and they've closed early. Completely frustrating and unprofessional.

I will NOT be returning to this restaurant due to a complete lack of customer service. They got my order mixed up. I ordered steak only to realize after returning home (out of the heat) that they had given me chicken. I called and explained the situation, gave my ETA, and requested that they have my corrected order ready so that I wouldn't have to wait for a second time. I guess that's too much like right because I was told by the young man that I would have to show the order, but he "would let 'em know." After going back out in the heat, arriving, and then waiting in the drive thru once again, I finally got to the window. Now there was a different employee at the window, so I briefly explained ONCE AGAIN, and also referenced my call. She looked as though SHE had been inconvenienced, but took the food anyway, offering no apology or service recovery effort. After waiting for an even longer time than the first, another young lady gave me my food, and this one looked as if I had ruined her day! She, like the first employee, did not even speak. No apology, no, "have a nice day." Nothing at all. SMH read more
