Bbq Burger
Bo W.

This review is based on food, service, cleanliness, atmosphere, and value. Had the jalapeno chips, and Atomic burger. Jalapeno chips were very salty. There was only one size, and could easily be an appetizer for 8 people. I wish there was a smaller size, with a smaller pricetag. The burger was good, but not spicy at all. With a name like "Atomic burger", I was expecting some burn. Even the pickled jalapenos were mild. The service was okay. There was some arguing going on in the kitchen while we waited for our food. That was a little strange... kinda comical, actually. The cleanliness was the biggest hit for this place. It's old, the ceiling is stained, the floor was visibly dirty, the table was sticky, and the place just looked unclean. The atmosphere is similar to a waffle house, or other run-down diner. This place is in desperate need of a renovation. Maybe if it was clean, the atmosphere would be a little more appealing. The price for everything was high, which brings the value down. Taking everything into consideration, I'd say the value is on the low side.

Bacon Blu burger and fries.

As one who travels, I seek out family burger joints. Habachi delivered the goods. Ordered the bacon Blu burger. Hand pressed and bigger than the bun. Lots of cheese. Cooked to medium well perfection. And you will need plenty of napkins. Fries were fresh cooked and perfect crisp with a homemade fry sauce. Small family hole in the wall. Will be back to try the hibachi.

Hibachi burger. (50 minute wait)

Finding that the line was too long at the Other One for lunch, we decided to come and check out this restaurant. I've heard previous sayings that their hibachi burger was amazing. Let's just start off and say that the first thing I see is paint and a gas powered leaf blower in the dining room, no menus (well 4 menus at the counter), a small grill and a ton of tickets. We order and well, took in the "ambiance". Finally one of our groups get their salad, not meal, just the salad, which was 30 minutes after the fact. After forty five minutes, I had to go and ask where my order was. The response was the "it'll be up soon, it's just really busy." As a customer, hearing that it's a lame excuse. To me, it means that this restaurant can't handle the business. This restaurant can't handle the demand if they get swamped. For a lunch spot you need to be able to crank out orders, and hibachi burger just didn't deliver. Forty five minutes in and sitting, we haven't gotten anything except a salad. As most places have limited time to eat its not good if you just see deliveries go out and not the people who are sitting in the restaurants getting their food. Hibachi also delivers, so that's what's screwing them up. If you're going to do delivery make sure the people in the restaurant get first dibs because they came and actually ate at the establishment, not just call and get a delivery. Honestly though, everyone should be served on time. Make sure you can handle the people in the restaurant first and mastering that before adding on to deliveries. If you're looking to eat and hoping to get in and out, don't come here. This is definitely my first and last time.

Hibachi burger an onion straws!

Wow! I almost missed out on this great Burger! I was very skeptical about putting some of my favorite Hibachi items and an juicy, great tasting burger patty, together, to make this awesome tasting combination! Evan my husband who is a die hard "basic" meat an cheese burger guy tried it, an it's now his go to choice for a burger! Fairly basic seating and ambiance but the staff is super friendly an accommodating. I had onion petals as my side. I am pretty picky with my battered onions but theirs did not disappoint. Keep up the good work guys, we'll be back

This and a drink for about 10 bucks. A fair deal and a huge meal.

Fantastic idea, mix the Hibachi style of flattop cooking with fresh chopped veggies and bold asian sauces with buns and cheese. They have a small but mighty selection of hibachi favorites and a clever selection of burgers. I truly enjoyed my Hibachi Burger and cheese fries every aspect from the soft special brioche style bun to the melted Swiss, and crunchy stir fried veggies and the delicious pool of dripping teriyaki and creamy hibachi sauce. The burger meat is outstanding and they hand mold their generously large patties. Make sure to get some fry sauce it was a little spicy, creamy and had a tinge of smokey flavor BRAVO! Add it to the huge heap of cheese cries and you are golden. There is plenty of seating indoor and out and the two wonderful ladies I met there are friendly and personable. An important note is this eatery is in the corner of the shopping center under a sign of the former restaurant in that location. This was confusing to me and I actually had to call the place from the parking lot to find them. Equally confusing was that there is a second burger joint in the same shopping center. I almost went there assuming Hibachi was part of "the other one" Overall this is an affordable and appealing eater definitely worth a regular visit. I certainly will return to try more menu items.

Turkey burger with fries and fry sauce

Great little hole in the wall place. Everything is always good. Fry sauce is awesome. You tend to wait a little bit for your food if you get there around noon. Best turkey burger around!

Great burgers, good quality meat and toppings; but they are out of business. This is a loss to the community

Great hibachi chicken, the rice was uncooked and hard, and the service was terrible. Location is also terrible.

Hmmmm, I really wanted to love this place as it's in my hood, but I was kinda let down…read more The staff when we went were super young and seemed a lot were new so I was trying to be patient. But the sweet girl taking orders didn't really know what she was doing and put in our order a bit wrong. The couple in front of us had their order messed up too. The interior of the place wasn't that inviting or clean, but we opted to eat in anyway. But IF we go back that won't be happening. My husband got a basic cheese pizza because that's how he judges all pizza places the first time around. It was just OK to him. I got the pickle chips since they were 'breaded in-house' and the BBQ Burger. The pickle chips were so over-seasoned and salty I couldn't even eat them - and I LOVE salt. What a shame. The only redeeming thing was the burger and fries. While the burger didn't have what it was supposed to on it and you don't get the option on the temperature of the meat, it was still a good burger. The fries were also super crispy and fluffy inside. So pretty hit-and-miss for me. I'm going to have to think twice before I go back.

While they DO have hibachi…read moregoodies that can be served on a specialty pizza, note that most of their menu is served as individual, more traditional items (like hibachi, a burger, or pizza...not all meshed together). This place was a bit of a hike for us but so worth it for the delicious pizza. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, garlic knots, and deluxe hibachi that comes with beef, chicken, and shrimp and a side salad and soup. If we were rating this place on the pizza and knots alone-5 stars all day long. The crust is so light, chewy and flavorful. The garlic knots actually remind me of the super unique rolls at the local Brazilian steakhouse. They have an outer chew but the inside is so soft that it almost melts in your mouth. The hibachi was...okay. My first bite of the entire meal was the beef and it was unfortunately so chewy that it was inedible. I crossed my fingers it was just that one piece. Nope. Our family ended up discarding every piece of beef, which was an expensive disappointment. The shrimp and chicken were tasty but overshadowed by the sea of onions and mushrooms. We were grateful for the salad and soup, although we couldn't distinguish what the soup was meant to be. My kiddo asked what the hot, brown salt water was. :-) The ginger salad was iceberg lettuce with a very thick, chunky ginger dressing. If that's your thing, rock on! For hibachi, we will probably stick with Fuji. In general, we will be back for the pizza soon and look forward to trying the burgers, which we've heard are great.

There was even a little robot that delivered some people's drinks across the restaurant. The food was pretty good. I ordered dumplings and spring rolls for appetizers before my noodle bowls and they were okay. The dumplings were kind of dry I guess, and too black so my daughter who normally loves dumplings did not like them. The wrapper of the spring rolls was thicker like an egg roll so it wasn't as light and crispy as the spring rolls I prefer. The popcorn chicken was not super hot when it came out so maybe that's why I don't think it was great. It was a little rubbery and dry. My kids did not like it and just ate the extra plan noodles we got. The ramen was good though, the spicy ramen wasn't too spicy. I could have bumped it up a notch but I was afraid I wouldn't be able to eat it all if I chose the hottest hot so we just got the average to try. Overall this place is near our house and a fun place to sit on and eat so we may be back, but there are better ramen places if you're into just the food or doing take out. I am giving them a 4 because of the ambience being a 5 and the food 3-3.5.
