Was passing through with a friend on the 40 interstate and we decided to eat Chinese in Amarillo but came across this one! This was last minute decision and it was a Wonderful 1st time experience and customer to try the buffet. Had some bad experiences in my past but look forward to my next time passing through! All Hands Down was that this is a place to try! Everything I tried was on point and absolutely delicious in every way! Compliments to the Chief and cooks behind the scene. The front of the house has it clean and presentable in a way that you want to return and try everything! This was filling and I even offered to pay the bill because it was so good! read more

We went here on a Friday about 6pm- we were seated quickly and our waitress kept our drinks filled- I love good service. The buffet was tidy, the food was fresh, and had all the usual options as well as some American fare for the picky eaters. I'd like to note they had quite a wide variety of sushi options. My boyfriend and his brother were disappointed in the severely undercooked noodles on the bar, so they went up to the hibachi and got some rice and meat and veggies. Nothing will just blow your mind, but I've been to much much worse Chinese buffets in way bigger cities and this one checked all the boxes I crave when I want this exact food. read more

Walked in and I was really excited, everything looked great! That being said this was the worst tasting food I've ever had at any buffet.. I couldn't even eat it. Steak felt like eating tendon, all three kinds I tried. Chicken was mediocre. Crawfish was cold. Hibachi had zero flavor. I just paid and left. Horrid. I would give negative stars if I could. read more

Hibachi Buffet - Chinese Near Me - Weatherford, Oklahoma

OK let's start off with the dollar value......$13 per person for a dinner for my wife and myself for an all-you-can-eat was not too shabby. For the most part, the food was typical Asian buffet, but my wife loved the sushi. My personal favorite was the hibachi grill, for which you grab your own ingredients, and the young man cooked them up. All in all, good dining experience. read more

Hibachi has an amazing buffet, and the buffet has different food at lunch than at dinner which gives variety. The coconut shrimp is amazing, the dumplings are very good too. The sushi is super good (coming from a person who doesn't usually like sushi.) I have never had any issues with the food they serve or the service they give. The overall vibe of the restaurant is very comforting. read more

Decent selection for the price. My "chef" overcooked all the meat within my Mongolian selection. The Chinese food was good. The Japanese selection was really limited. Our children enjoyed the desserts. read more

The food is actually quite good. They have hibachi and a Chinese buffet. The buffet has a fruit and salad selection with a fried and steamed selection. The service is quick, and the ambiance is classic. I would say they do need to remodel and clean the bathrooms and need to update their soda. read more

Hibachi Buffet 7/22 A one time experience, but I didn't care for it. May have been spoiled going to some really great buffet's. Food was ok, just not what I would call really good. Had a good variety with some different things, pigs in a blanket (hot dogs) which were good, sausage which was good too. Didn't like their mix it yourself sweet and sour chicken, BBQ chicken I did not like. Ice cream desert was very soft and melted quickly. Price was about average. read more

I recently had the pleasure of dining at "Hibachi Buffet," and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. This charming restaurant exceeded my expectations in every way, and I am thrilled to share my wonderful experience with other food lovers. Upon entering "Hibachi Buffet," I was greeted by a warm and inviting ambiance. The tasteful decor, cozy lighting, and soothing background music set the perfect tone for a delightful evening. The friendly staff welcomed me with genuine smiles and made me feel right at home. The food was super cheap so that was a plus also. read more

This is a safe out of town spot when we are working in far western Oklahoma. They have a wide selection including traditional Chinese, Mongolian, and sushi. I have not ventured to the sushi but it looks like pretty standard buffet selection. The Hawaiian chicken is crispy and has good flavor but is a little heavy on the breading. The egg drop soup is a 3 out of 5. A little odd aftertaste but still okay. You will be able to get full and I have never had a bad experience with the selections I made. The desserts leave something to be desired. I usually just opt for a kiddie ice cream cone as it has been the safest bet! read more

The food is good but the sugar bread balls were raw and not cooked all the way. The waitresses were really nice! Checked up on us and made sure we were doing good. There was a decent amount of people here not to crowded! Over all a good place but the food tasted off this time read more

For a Chinese buffet, this restaurant is pretty good. It has typical buffet Americanized Chinese food, but it also has quite a bit of unusual food for a buffet. The coconut shrimp is pretty good, light, and not exactly fried. The food looked fresh, and everything I ate had a good flavor. I wish the crab Rangoon would have been warm, because it had a very good flavor. It would've been perfect had it been hot. I didn't try the Mongolian, although I should have. The sushi wasn't bad. Not a huge selection, but pretty good for buffet. They also have a menu, although there isn't sushi made to order, which is disappointing. read more

My girlfriend and I came through on the 40 and were so happy to enjoy this restaurant! She'd never had hibachi like this and she found it delicious. The buffet had a big selection, lot of fresh hot food being added, and we were there a little after 3, which is an odd time. Can't wait to go back! read more

I served myself a plate of food as I was about to eat a cockroach yea you read that right a COCKROACH crawls all up over my food from under the table I was baffled the fat roach was big and blackish color I fling it to the floor holding the urge to throw up and stomp on a worker told me "thank you thank you" for stomping on it I immediately ask for the check but then I saw it was 64 dollars I told the manager there was a roach and I didn't even eat luckily she exempted me from the bill and said "thank you for coming have a good day and please come again" she has jokes saying come again read more

Excellent food and experience. The sushi is average in my opinion because I'm a sushi connoisseur but I was happy with the rest of the dining experience especially hibachi where they cook on the grill in front of you. read more

Second visit was much like the first...great selection of hot dishes on the buffet line, nice variety of meats (including shrimp) and veggies for Mongolian BBQ which was cooked promptly and served hot, soft serve ice cream, appropriately attentive wait staff...no complaints. I was hungry for Asian food but didn't feel like driving to Clinton so I placed a takeout order at this establishment. The lady taking my order said it would be a little bit bc their focus was on the buffet since it was lunch time. I asked how long and she said 30 minutes. I wasn't too terribly hungry so I said that was fine. I went to get my food after 30 minutes only to be told it wasn't ready and to wait another 15 minutes. Knowing I was probably being lied to, I asked that they call me when it was ready. I felt like that was the least they could do considering it wasn't ready on time. After another 30 minutes went by (1 hour since the order was placed), I decided to find something to eat bc I didn't figure I would get a call. At 3:30, 3 HOURS since the order was called in, I finally got a call back from the restaurant. Needless to say, I didn't answer the call and will NEVER eat there again. Unless you eat the buffet, they do not care about you as a customer! Wow is all I can say at this point... read more

Very good some of the best food that I have had in awhile. But they could make the food cheaper throw. Just saying if you are a college student on a budget. You would like to go somewhere that they are welcome and not go there and have one sit down meal and be broke after it. But that would be my only complaint. The food is superb and is well worth the time of you won't a good meal and good conversation. Just do something about that price. read more

Pretty good for Weatherford OK - I am traveling and just passing through - went there bcuz of other Yelp reviews and not disappointed I went - I will agree the sushi was a little dry - a splash of soy helped - pretty typical selection of Asian buffet cuisine - I think there were 6-8 different styles of sushi - the hibachi grill stuff looked good where you plate up the raw food and they cook it but there was a line and only ones hibachi Cook - overall would go back 10 bucks for all you can eat - pretty good quality and selection - clean and well kept dining area - food temp was pretty good. read more

Hibachi Buffet - This was my "first" plate of 3 at hibachi grill on 09/19/2016 - Chinese Near Me - Weatherford, Oklahoma

Hibachi bar is always great. The actual buffet is pretty limited but good when fresh. 5 stars

Absolutely gross. Oysters were green and stunk, three kinds of shrimp none of which was done. Cold food was warm, hot food was cold. Food had no flavor not even the soup. I ate some chicken till the third nite was blood red and slimy. Was sick for hours going at both ends. Avoid at all costs. They should be shut down. I deal with food and they are no where close to code. No I am not a competitor only passing through. You were warned all I'm gonna say. read more

I think this restaurant is just trying to keep their little nich in food market in Wford being that there isn't much to choose from because they have recently expanded to include a Hibachi Grill, but being local and giving them the benefit of the doubt several times, it never fails that about half the times I've gone there, my family has gotten sick. Talking to co-workers, too, they have had the same experience. From those traveling from out of town who ends up trying their luck, I hope your experience doesn't end the same way that about half mine have. Nausea, diarrhea, stomach cramps... not very appetizing!!! If it hadn't been for getting sick, they have a large buffet (it may be sitting all day I guess), and they now have the Hibachi Grill, but when you get sick from a restaurant, it's hard to pin down what made you sick. Just be aware! read more

Food is always fresh and delicious! Drinks are refilled as soon as you need it, dirty dishes are taken from your table as soon as the plate is cleared.
