I had to write a review of a food truck for a class, and this food truck was one of very few in Birmingham that offered vegetarian options and was open late. It was hard to find one that was open after I got off work. I would have probably never gone to this place except that it was one of the only options for my assignment, but I will recommend it to others who like to support local businesses and need a quick bite.
