We talked and laughed my entire visit. I really enjoyed her customer service and personality. The inside of the shop isn't big but the product IS!!! I looooooove the jalapeño popper !! It's definitely my fav from my purchase. I also had the bham mix. It's tasty too!! The flavors were so distinct and not overpowering. Whew , so good!!! I am now a fan of NBN!! We found out about Naughty But Nice Kettle Corn (NBN) years ago at an event at Oak Mountain State Park. They were a vendor, and we were mesmerized as we watched the workers stir the popcorn in NBN's enormous kettle. It smelled absolutely amazing, and we knew we had to try some. We ordered a large bag, and the kettle corn was warm, fresh, and delicious! We were hooked!! Since that day, whenever NBN is at a festival or event, I have always bought a bag. You can also find NBN at Pepper Place. My favorites are Salted Caramel Crunch and the French Toast. What can I say about this sweet deliciousness in a bag that I get from Naughty But Nice Kettle Corn Company? There's so much. I first found them at the Woodlawn Market. They were there, with the huge kettle, popping fresh kettle corn, giving samples, and that's when I fell in love. I was never a fan of kettle corn until I ate theirs. Now, I look for them at every event I attend, just so I can support and get my fix at the same time. With so many flavors to choose from, you can't go wrong whichever one you choose. NBNKC offers periodic contests via social media, and hosts themed events for National Popcorn Day and other holidays and events in the city. They make sure to keep things "popping" in the city! They even have a storefront in my old neck of the woods so I have to support their efforts to help revitalize the community I graduated high school from. My momma brought home gallon sized popcorn Wednesday that she got while at work. It sat on kitchen table until I tasted it Sunday. I must say she barely got any of the Salted Caramel lol. I've been a fan of Naughty But Nice for years now! Every since I first tried them a few years ago when I was given a bag for Christmas. I was shocked that it was a local brand just in Birmingham! I have seen them be sold in various vendors around town, even at my work. You can make special orders online to have either delivered to you or to pick up at their store front in Woodlawn. My family and I just had our first encounter with Naughty But Nice Kettle Corn last night at the Avondale Elementary School Harvest Festival. It was a really wonderful and fun night, but there's no question that the highlight of the night was getting acquainted with this dang popcorn. I bought an intense amount of this popcorn and it's just not enough. The french toast flavor is incredible, and I can't wait to try the Birmingham Mix where they combine it with their cheddar cheese popcorn. I have to tell everyone, though... the garlic/parmesan with spinach flakes... that stuff is SPECIAL. It's kettle corn, so it's still sweet, but the savory and umami tastes follow it up with this flavor. It was nuts, we bought a bag and didn't make it further than 35 yards from their booth before it was all eaten! I became a POPHEAD on Juneteenth during the food truck festival & OMG I should have gotten a gallon bag because their kettle corn is AMAZING. The salted caramel and cheddar makes it better mix is my favorite. They were so nice and sweet and explained their business and how they make their popcorn for first time visitors. So ordered some kettle corn for a work party. Went to pick it up but it wasn't there. The owner however was. She told me you have to order online and the person who took my order over the phone was new and they didn't have what i ordered! The horror right?! We had a very small order anyway so I was worried we had driven across town for nothing. Well she let me and my co worker try some samples of some other popcorn she had in house and it was amazing. She filled the order with different popcorn than what i came in for but that was quite alright because this is some seriously good popcorn. And some great customer service to back up the product. I attended a fall/Halloween festival at Homewood Central Park and the popcorn company was a featured vendor. They have some incredible popcorn. They have several different types of flavored popcorn. Unfortunately, I cannot remember all of the flavors (by name) but when sampling the flavors (and more importantly) I do remember all of the flavors being delicious.
