Just had a great experience with these folks. They arrived in just a couple days in good shape. They had wheel covers that are an exact match for my 2016 Camry LE's wheels except that they don't have the little Toyota logo in the center of the wheel covers like the OE's do. I bought a set of 4. I've only had them for about a month so it remains to be seen how they wear when exposed to the elements, but if you get at least two and mount them on the same side, no one will know if the finish wears differently form the OE's or other brand on the other side of the car. After a year or so I will probably leave an updated review as to how they hold up. Btw, these were ready to install right out of the box and went on just like the OE's. I have not removed any yet either so can't attest to how they hold up when removing. Sometimes inexpensive wheel covers will break when trying to remove them especially in cold weather. But its not the end of the world if one of them breaks because they only cost $ 13.25 each wheel cover when bought in set of 4. They were made in Taiwan. The OE's are US made and cost about $ 100 / wheel if you buy from a Toyota dealer. -Btw, the prices I paid were pre-trade war prices if Taiwan happens to be involved it that mess in summer of 2018. read more

Ordered a set of refurbished Tesla Model S wheels. Arrived on time and look great. I emailed support to verify I was getting refurbished instead of a like product (which they note in the description of the wheel, so no complaints) and I got a prompt and helpful response (yup, refurbished). The only note I have is that I asked to verify that the wheels would fix my specific year/trim and I got "It Is listed to fit the Tesla Model S 2012-2016" which doesn't really take into account knowledge of the car and Tesla's weird model year issue (they changed the car part way through 2016 and both versions are 2016MY cars. I had the first version). Also that was just rehashing what was on the website, which I already knew. They have a note saying for more details or to verify, just ask, but the support person didn't add any value above what was on the website. Honestly, this is a mountain out of an ant hill. I would gladly order from them again, but I am an informed consumer. I actually plan to replace my Audi TTS wheels eventually with wheels from here. read more

I purchased a reconditioned aluminum wheel for my 2015 Passat SEL and am very satisfied. Pictures on their website ensure you are getting exactly what you want along with the technical description. The wheel arrived in a very sturdy box double wrapped with cardboard and was in excellent condition - it looked like a new wheel but at half the price that VW wanted for a new wheel. After my tire shop mounted a new tire on it I asked them to pay special attention to see if there was any wobble or unbalance issues. There were none and the wheel mounted perfectly on my car. Shipping was included in the price and it arrived as promised very quickly. Very satisfied with the live order process, quality of the product, price and shipping time. I needed to replace an alloy wheel. They had a replacement and were able to ship it reasonably quickly. The replacement was well packed. I'm guessing it was a "refurbished" wheel but if I hadn't known, it could have fooled me as being new. Shipping times of course dependent on the origin which in this case was somewhat back east. So you may be lucky and your wheel may be at a local supplier; I wasn't so lucky. Maybe if I spent more time I could have found a cheaper deal locally but with HH I was able to order it when I got home from work and have it ship the next day. That's gotta be worth something, right? And don't forget that on some wheels you're responsible for transferring the cap in the middle with the logo. Don't blame HH. read more

I don't often leave ratings on purchases, but wanted to make sure to add my good review to the ones this company has gotten, hoping that you can have as good a shopping experience as I did. I needed some new wheels to replace the corroded ones on my 2008 car. I looked at a handful of places online and saw that most of them had reviews in the range of 3.5 stars with most of the complaints having to do with poor service. But then I found HH Auto Wheel & Trim, who had 4.7 to 4.9, depending on the review site. I am 100% satisfied with my wheels as well as the service from the company. Ordered aftermarket wheel covers for old Ford Focus. Not so easy to find, as one might think. Getting them to actually fit was still another challenge. Picked some up @Walmart, but struck out there and returned them. Other websites gave very little real info on sizing. HH was pleasantly different, as a young man over the phone gave me every assurance that they knew what they were doing (what a concept!) and that they'd ship out right away (What- you mean they're in stock?!). Got the covers quickly, popping them on right out of the box. Even an old geezer like me was able to handle it. Perfect fit... 2004 Focus, with its new paint job, now looks as good as it runs. These guys are great! Read review below: I had a terrible experience with Parts Geek. I called a rep to determine if a certain wheel would fit my 2004 Ford Explorer. They had wheels that I liked but the fitment only showed they were compatible with Explorers manufactured starting in 2006. I explained to the rep that all of the specs (wheel diameter, wheel width, lug pattern) matched except the offset wasn't listed. I asked if he could determine the offset. While I was talking to him, he hung up. Apparently, the sell wasn't quick enough. I contacted HubCapHaven and got a completely different response. A fantastic company to do business for a frustrating problem. I am a car guy and keep it nice. When both front wheels were curb damaged I had to get this unsightly problem resolved. I had a local body shop refurbished them and the finish starting to come off, and no guarantee! I wasted a lot money. I called and spoke with a english speaking person directly at HH. Here's my story about HH Auto, Wheel, & Tire: I ordered Monday, January 18, 2022; my order was confirmed by an email January 18, 2022 at 12:44 p.m. I received an Out of Stock email January 18, 2022 at 2:24 p.m. The Out of Stock email advised the item would be replenished within 3 to 4 days. I received a Shipping Notification email Thursday, January 20, 2022 at 3:14 p.m. The Shipping Notification included a tracking number. I received my order in the daily mail Saturday, January 22, 2022. That's five days from the receipt of my order to the receipt of an item that was out of stock at the time I ordered! Quickly found Hubcap Haven online, as well as a rim they had for a 2001 Ford Ranger with a chrome skin, which are not too easy to find. Their website was easy to navigate and identify my needs. They also offered free shipping. Being in a pinch for a new rim, this made for an easy and simple solution. Prices were beyond fair, to include the free shipping as previously mentioned. I noticed a nail in a rear tire and had it repaired since we were on a trip to SLC. When we returned home I saw that the hubcap was missing. Suspect the repair service either forgot to put it back on, or did not securely tap it back into place. Dealer wanted over $100 for replacement, so I found HH and decided to take a chance and order a replacement for about 1/3 the Dealer price. Package arrived in a few days, inspected the hubcap for signs of "cheap and China", but the quality looked fine for my Ford 250 Transit. Tapped it on and all is back together again. I would look to HH again in the future for a solution. read more

I talked to someone on the phone to make sure I was getting the right hubcap. Unfortunately when it arrived it did not fit. I was told I would be reimbursed when I returned the hubcap. Unfortunately it was $20 to ship the hub cap. UPS said that was the least expensive price they could offer and that the high cost of shipping was due to the size of the box. I used the box it was sent in and there was no other way to return the hub cap safely except to ship it in that box. I was told HH Auto Wheel & Trim will not pay for return shipping. So I spend $20 to return a $29 hub cap. I won't be ordering for them again. read more

Needed a new hubcap for my daughter's Versa. Went to the local Nissan dealer and they wanted $125 for one hubcap! Checked online and found HH Auto Wheel & Trim with the same hubcap for less than half the price that the Nissan dealer wanted. Ordered the hubcap and the delivery date was scheduled for a week to 10 days from the date I ordered. The hubcap actually showed up about four days after I ordered it! Dodge dealer said they can't warranty something they didn't sell. They told me to go back to HH. It's nice to know these guys stand by their product as long as it's in their warehouse, but once it gets to you, you're on your own. Replacing my defective product would cost them about $50, but that's too much for them to pay for a happy customer who would recommend them for excellent customer service. Bad customer service may cost them thousands, but it will also save you from making the same mistake as me. My bad - we were talking about me getting two replica caps (those without the Toyota logo). I decided on the OEM cap but failed to say only one of those. Got two OEMs by first class mail. i've had to order two wheels at two separate times and have had incredible experiences with this company. The first time the person I talked to on the phone ( it was so nice to actually get a person on the phone because some of the companies I called didn't have a direct phone number) guided me and said he'd look for my order. I was very surprised and happy with how fast I received my tire. It was in great condition packaged really well .
