I have an older model Hyundai Accent, and the factory hubcaps (rim covers?) needed to be replaced a couple of years ago. I bought aftermarket covers on Amazon, and the dang things wouldn't stay on. I'd arrive home from a trip downtown and one would be missing. I found HH Auto Wheel & Trim online, spoke with their customer service, and they hooked me up with a set that is of higher quality--for less money, yet--than the ones I had previously bought. These people lied to me and claimed they were selling me a used OEM RAM 3500 wheel. Instead they sent me a bogus Chinese wheel that made my truck shake. The OEM wheel is forged and they lied to me and sent me a cast POS wheel that was a fraud. Discount Tire bought two of their wheels for my truck and was also deceived. I didn't have one bad wheel I had three that were all crap. The wheels were flexing under the weight of the truck. Going down the road when you turned the wheel at speed the truck shook even more. We tried four different wheels and balanced them seven times at two different shops and the truck would not stop shaking. I bought a second wheel from them thinking the first was a rare defect but the second wheel they sent me was also a defective piece of crap. When I emailed them later trying to get an honest answer asking if the wheels were forged used OEM or cast clones I had to email back and forth multiple times before they would answer my question. I finally bought a set of legit used OEM wheels from Detroit Wheel Tire and my truck immediately went back to riding smoothly. The Hubcap Haven wheels were so bad that it caused the bushings in my front end to need to be replaced and the constant shaking blew out the seals in my drivers side shock. This is a two year old truck with only 40K miles. I spent. I spent about $3000 fixing wear issues caused by the constant shaking problem with the H&H wheels. Knowing my story with the wheel they sent me a return label and took the wheel back and then refused to refund my money. I would say to check with Detroit Wheel and Tire if you want to deal with honest people. The Detroit Wheel and Tire wheels that were sent were polished up extremely well and had no issues. read more

I had initially ordered a hubcap for my Ford truck after speaking with a sales person who indicated it should fit. When I received it, it was not the correct cap. I sent it back with photos of the correct cap and eventually received the correct one. I was told in an email that I would be reimbursed for the shipping cost back. "Thanks for the order 573891, we sent out a C10096R, that you had ordered, if we sent out the incorrect cap, we will absolutely pay for shipping for the correct cap out and the incorrect cap back to us." After receiving the correct cap I was informed that I would be responsible for the shipping cost. It was only $16, but left a very sour taste about customer service. read more

Only place I could find that had replacement wheel "skins" for my Acadia. A little difficult to install, ALL the adhesive from the original cover had to be scraped off first. The new skin popped on fine. Expensive piece of chromed plastic, but much less than a new wheel complete! Overall, I am very pleased. read more

I've been having issues with my right front tire for years. It might've been the time I couldn't avoid a giant hole in the street and ended up busting the tire. I never thought I had issues with my rim. Fast forward a few years and my right front tire was again falling apart. I ended up getting a whole new set of tires and figured problem was solved. Nope. A week later, the right front tire was flat! Long story short, turns out the rim was cracked and air has constantly been leaking out of my tire. I have a 20 year old car so wasn't sure if I'd be able to find a matching replacement rim, but was able to find the perfect one here at a reasonable price. Purchase was easy and delivery was within a week. My mechanic later told me he was impressed because, apparently, it's pretty hard to find that rim anymore. I hope I won't need to shop here anymore, but I definitely would if in need of a rim! read more
