Truck broke drown blocking half a lane of i95. Called and Their office said their driver was in route to get us eta 1 hour. Hour and a half later they said another hour. This went on for 6 1/2 hours in 105 degrees, no shade, no water, with a dog. This was explained to this office multiple times. Office explained driver got another call and responded to that instead of ours we had been waiting on for 6 hours. Office then stopped accepting our phone calls and left us to find another company. HF Towing - Roadside Assistance Near Me - Jacksonville, Florida

I used h f towing to have my car transported from my home to butler toyota. The tow truck guy could not speak english.So I called the main number and I got the manager who had audacity to tell me she was from Puerto Rico and they don't have to speak english. Yet the tow guy put her on speaker phone and they were both talking shit about me in english. My car was in toyota service center for over a week and I was given it back. A week later, my tire light came on indicating that.I need air because my passenger tire has a patch. I went to go open my glove box and discovered my air compressor is missing. I contacted Butler Toyota and they could not find my air compressor and they do have surveillance cameras in their shop, which means the only person that could have stolen.My air compressor was the tow driver who does not own the tow trucks like the manager's claiming he does. The tow truck driver is Dominican from Dominican republic. Not US territory, he is not American. This business has cheats liars and thieves!!!! read more

if I could give them 0 stars I would. called for a tow on Saturday so I could get a new tire. Nobody shows up and I have to reschedule to Sunday. The next day their phone is off and I can't contact anyone. 3 days later they send out the wrong tow truck (after I specifically asked for a flatbed) and the owner gave me attitude and said he couldn't tow my car even though they just towed it last week. Guy started moving vehicle while I was still getting my stuff out. He never spoke to me. Then my mechanic calls saying he thought the vehicle was otw and I said they should've dropped off a while ago. I called them back and the lady said no one was outside so he left @ the side of the road. Then she sends picture as proof. I asked where are the keys? She said on the front seat. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!!! The autoshop provided the number for this company to have my car towed to them since it won't start... They were extremely late to pick up my car well after dark, the guy took our key fob and pushed key up to get into ignition to move car into gear then took the car. A few mins ago which is over 12 hours later while walking outside in area where my car had been parked we found my key fob broken. I called the office, the woman answering the phone was extremely rude kept denying it happened despite me holding the broken fob in my hand, when I told her they would need to replace my fob their employee broke she started yelling they weren't replacing anything and when I yelled back asking who she thought she was talking to she mumbled something and hung up the phone.
