When I tell you this food is authentic, it not only met with my wife's approval BUT, my Russian mother in law's approval, and that seldom happens, if ever. When a person like my mother in law, who had been cooking Russian food her entire life says the food is exceptional, folks, it's DIVINE. My wife and I took my mother in law to celebrate her 70th birthday and the experience far exceeded our every expectation. The ambiance. The music. And the Tarzan, who treated us as though we were family that just got off a Lufthansa flight from Moscow for Yiddish night. If you're anywhere remotely near Hollywood and want to have as authentic a Russian experience possible without needing a passport and an alibi, go see Tarzan. Shut up and give them your money. Thank me later.

We called to reserve dinner ahead and the woman told us just come an hour before start time and you can eat right at your table. Branzino was full of flavor and the Brussels sprouts were perfect y. We were also recommended the shrimp salad by our waiter. I hesitated but then he said it's a light garden salad with grilled shrimp. It was perfect. The show was hands down amazing. Didn't expect it especially not in a submarine. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!!

We seated at the front table since we were a larger party. It was hard to hear people talking. I felt like I was competing with the music speaker above us. We started with cocktails which were good. I got the limoncello martini. The basil made it really "earthy" and if ordering again, I'd skip. I wasn't too hungry so we did family style and shared. My favorite dish was the meatball and the sausage dish. I had higher expectations for the chicken parm. The arancini tasted a little burnt. That was my first time having it so I was surprised when I saw it basically looked like a meatball. Overall, a great night with friends. The pistachio cake was delicious!!

My wife and I dine here regularly, and every visit feels like coming home. The genuine hospitality and personal attention from the staff are what keep us coming back time and time again. The food is consistently outstanding. Whether we're trying a new dish or ordering one of our favorites, every meal is prepared with care, quality ingredients, and incredible attention to detail. You can tell there is a passion for great food behind everything that comes out of the kitchen. The bar program deserves special recognition as well. The bartenders work with fresh ingredients and premium spirits, and you can taste the difference immediately. Every cocktail is balanced, flavorful, and thoughtfully crafted rather than simply poured. It's clear they take as much pride in the drinks as the kitchen does in the food. The service team is equally impressive. The waitstaff is always friendly, attentive, and accommodating without ever making you feel rushed. They genuinely want you to enjoy your experience and go out of their way to make every visit memorable. The atmosphere is another reason this place stands out. The music is always perfectly curated, creating the ideal backdrop for an intimate dinner, date night, or evening out with friends. It strikes that rare balance of being lively and energetic while still allowing for conversation. What truly separates this restaurant from others is the sense of community. It's one of the few places where you're greeted with a hug when you arrive and often another when you leave. That level of warmth and authenticity simply can't be manufactured. If you're anywhere near South Florida, it's absolutely worth making the trip to Hollywood for an unforgettable dining experience. And whatever you do, don't leave without ordering the focaccia bread. It may sound simple, but it's one of the stars of the menu--fresh, flavorful, perfectly prepared, and the ideal way to start an exceptional meal. This is more than just a restaurant; it's a place where great food, great people, and great memories come together.

We were here to check on a show that was playing in their back room. We got here early though and met up with friends, so we could enjoy the wine a bit and check it out. It really is a great spot. There was a good size crowd for a Thursday. We tried a couple wines, both were solid. the bartender was nice and the ambiance of the place was very welcoming. When it was about showtime we went in the back. Its a kooky room with a really high ceiling and accustic improving wall appliances. The show was fun; a DJ, a fella on bongos, and a gal came out and played cello to a couple songs too. Very glad we took a chance on driving down for this eclectic show. A great selection of wines. 2. A bar that focuses on tastings 3 A great selection of food items to enjoy while drinking your favorite wine, not just a few bar bites. 4. TVs for watching our favorite football games, one placed and centered at the back of the bar to easily see and one above where we are seated. The atmosphere is friendly and our server was very chill, allowing us to taste a couple of the wines we were interested in. All the wines by the glass or bottle were listed clearly on a chalk board. Great variety listed by grape and wine producer/name of the wine. We chose a light Carmanere although the other ones we talked we also good. Since my wife and I were both drinking the same wine we ordered a bottle. The prices of these wines are so reasonable, in fact never seen prices this low for comparable wines. You can also purchase wines off their display of wines in a separate wine room at 30-40 percent off the prices you drink them at in house if you purchase 3 wines to take home. Great variety there as well and offers wines from different wine regions around the world. Our food choices off the menu were Prosciutto Wrapped Dates, Artichokes and a beautiful Beef Carpaccio Plate. All were presented beautifully and paired well with our Carmanere. We did order clams but they were tiny and did not care for them. Friendly cozy bar. Not too big and conducive to meeting people. So we saw all our football games we wanted to watch , drank great wine paired with some great dishes. Yes , we purchased 3 bottles to take home after including the Carmanere we drank. Definitely coming back. This place is different.
