I got a complimentary haircut to make up for the delay so it's all good. Great service, very nice ladies, chic and modern salon. I'm giving it 4 stars because of one aesthetician who had her hair color done while on the clock and a client had to wait maybe 15 minutes before that aesthetician could attend to her. I think if she needed to have her hair done, she should do it when it's dead slow or she could set up a time when she doesn't have to do it on the clock. Just sayin'. Wendy on the other hand is great and very professional.

I didn't ask for anything special my hair looks awful and i have to go get it corrected from a a more experienced salon because it's that bad .this isn't anyone that specializes in highlights so I consider it false advertising. I did text her within their 48 timeline she didn't offer to fix it and quite frankly if she had I would decline. She was rushed and it's just a bad hair dye job. everyone has their bad days but this is awful for someone that specializes in highlights. I've never had this issue anywhere else and don't ask for anything out of the ordinary at all plus I'm an easy sell and not very picky as long as it's decent work. also she spent 5 minutes cutting my hair so that wasn't up to par either in my opinion-

The light ash brown came out NEARLY BLACK. I had just spent 16 weeks, 3 half day appts and over $1000 getting dark brown OUT of my hair at my local salon in CA. I am beyond upset. The stylist then argued with me about the color. She then said it would take 30 minutes to fix (after I just went through this process at my local salon, I know a 30 minute apt will not fix the issue without burning all of my hair off). The attached photos are my initial requests and the final product, after about 10 shampoos. Still dark brown.

Hi, My wife came in…read morerecently for a full color. (I will leave her name anonymous as I don't want her to know I'm leaving this review. She was too embarrassed to say anything). An employee named Brittany ended up doing her hair, and she completely butchered it. I'm gonna be honest, I've seen my wife with some pretty bad hair styles, and this one was BY FAR the worst. Brittany obviously didn't have a clue what she was doing. Aside from the actual hair styling itself, I was made aware that Brittany made my wife extremely uncomfortable. She was very rude, arrogant, bad talking her fellow employees, etc. my wife came home crying and filled me in on this entire experience. Fast forward a few days, my wife went in to another salon to get her hair "fixed." They informed her that her hair was so damaged / fried that they ended up having to take a few inches off to make it look even slightly better. I normally don't leave reviews, but I highly advise against booking with Brittany! TERRIBLE!
