Alia gave me one of the most relaxing facials I've ever had. She was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain each step of the process, and made sure I understood how everything would benefit my skin. I really appreciated how personalized and thorough the experience felt. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and absolutely glowing. I can't recommend Alia and the team at Skin by Lovely enough.

I have been a patient of Goodskin Dermatology nearly 10 years both regular dermatology and…read morecosmetic. Went through two dermatologists and finally found one I liked. The only reason I'm giving two stars and not one is Alicia, she is very professional and amazing at what she does. Why I'm finally leaving a review is the communication issue. Happens with both sides of the business but seems to be worse for the cosmetics. I call and nobody answers and I have to leave a voicemail. I get it, sometimes they are busy and not able to get to the phone. The problem is it happens 90% of the time and when I leave a message it is not returned. Last week I left a message Monday afternoon I got a call back Tuesday morning and unfortunately missed it I called right back to get the voicemail again left another message there was no call back. Called Wednesday left a message no call back called Thursday left a message and still have not received a call. I have also tried their texting system which sometimes they get back to me after two days. Now I know you can make an appointment online and normally I would the problem I have is that for the cosmetic section there are no prices on the services such as lasers, facials, peels etc.. I'm not gonna make an appointment when I have no idea how much something cost. I have spent so much money here, it's not like they've cornered the market I can get these same things done at my plastic surgeons office or at another spa I go to regularly. I chose to stay at good skin because of Alicia but I will no longer spend money with a company who can't be bothered to answer the phone or return a phone call. This is probably the fourth time this has happened and I'm over it.

I can honestly say the skin care treatments at the Village Day Spa are the best I have ever experienced. Their esthetician Krista genuinely cares about my skin. She is so up to date with all the current skin care information and is very knowledgeable when it comes to product. The message is the most relaxing facial massage I have ever had. She tops it of with a bottle of water and a gourmet chocolate before you leave almost to say "hey thanks for coming in, it was good to see you again". I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a REAL esthetician. I cant say enough, Thank you!

We really enjoy the soaking pool here!…read more Typically, we'll stay a night or two at the hotel, and accessing the soaking pool at Ruby's Spa is included. You can also soak with the purchase of a service in the spa (massage, facial, nails). I find that the services are luxury pricing with slightly less than luxury service, so I skip them. It's a saltwater pool, kept below 101 degrees Fahrenheit. I know because I tested it to see if I was safe to soak while pregnant years ago; yes, I brought my own thermometer! Because that's what scientists do. You can bring in beverages from elsewhere on property but please not glass! The teahouse has yummy options but limited hours. You need a key to get in, and there's two large heated bathrooms to change in.

Edited to add a warning after a bad experience on 3/15/26. I was booked with massage therapist…read moreJerry for an afternoon session. When I turned from prone to supine, which is a moment every properly trained therapist handles by looking away and securing the drape, Jerry was looking straight at me. His eyes were right above the sheet line while my chest was uncovered. It was so disturbing and shocking I didn't know what to do, and immediately felt dirty and at fault for no reason. This is a basic, non-negotiable professional boundary, and he crossed it. I've filed a formal complaint with management and requested a refund, disciplinary action, and a policy review -- including offering clients the option of a same-gender therapist at booking. If you're a woman booking here, ask specifically who your therapist will be and whether you can request a female therapist. You shouldn't have to, but until management addresses this, protect yourself.
