This is such a frustrating experience…read more I booked a first appointment and they texted saying the needed to change the time. They said that they were changing the time from 10 to 10:15. Didn't seem like that big of a deal. I get there at 10:15 and they said it was a typo and it was actually re-scheduled for 11:15. So I drove over there an hour early and had to return later which ate up most of my morning. I tried to book again for a massage on February 8th and they texted the night before saying they needed to cancel. Disappointing, but again I understand. Booked an appointment for today and they texted saying it was cancelled two hours before the massage. There have been no apologies and I don't think they even are aware that this has been my experience. I'm sure it's a fine service if they can actually follow through with their appointments.

Susu gave me the best pedicure ever. She paid attention to detail and got me looking right. I've been coming here awhile now and the service is always amazing! Not to mention the affordable pricing. They also have nice massage chairs and complimentary refreshments.

This was the second time I returned to do my lashes and repair broken nails…read more The first time I came, there was an unbelievable amount of gel on the bottom of my nails, which made my nails, terribly painful and uncomfortable. They didn't take the drill out or smooth it or anything just very sloppy very rough very aggressive. Because of the remodel, I was not able to get my scheduled fill for lashes I had discussed with management that when they would open that I would get my fill at a discounted rate or if needed a full set at a discounted rate. It seemed like today there was confusion and well I was given an eyelash technician. SHe was very aggressive very rough highly inappropriate she snatched the fan out of my hand after I told her that my eyes were sensitive and she responded by saying no your eyes are not sensitive She said your eyes aren't even watering. I said, excuse me, but these are my eyes and they're sensitive and she got glue in my eyes. She poked my eyes, and I had also heard her speaking about me in Vietnamese mixed with English. At this point, I was uncomfortable and asked her if she could complete it because I wanted to leave. I sat there for about an hour, listening to her talk badly about me in my face. She spoke badly about my skin. She spoke badly about my eyelashes, and she even spoke badly about my ethnicity. I expressed how uncomfortable I was an only paid because I was very upset and wanted to get out of there immediately because my eyes were in pain. I mean, they are dry. I have reached out and haven't heard anything back in response and I plan on contacting the board of cosmetology and I plan on getting a full refund but Hay if you want to go and get your nails done there is a guy and he actually repaired my nails really well in there, but everybody else is really rushed really rude. Also if you want to spend a lot of money and listen to people speak badly about you in Vietnamese because it's their establishment then go right on ahead but I'm licensed in and there's nowhere where it says you can't speak in your native tongue but why would you speak badly about paying customers? Everybody has Translate on their phone I will be posting the transcript on Instagram and be doing a live about this as well. lunastarr__ don't supporting people who shouldn't have businesses I don't care what your ethnicity is this has to stop !

I purchased a Groupon for Botox at Love Medical Spa, but what I experienced was deeply disturbing…read moreand may have crossed legal lines. I recorded my appointment, and after the injector had already treated my face, she casually told me she had used Jeuveau -- not the Botox I had paid for and signed paperwork for. This was never disclosed to me beforehand. Swapping medical products without a patient's knowledge or consent is completely unethical and potentially illegal. I have the entire interaction on video. Before the appointment even began, the owner of the spa was present and speaking negatively about me to the injector -- within earshot. She said I "looked like I was on drugs" and instructed the injector on what to put in my face and where. Based on the way the conversation went, it was clear she intentionally directed her to inject Jeuveau instead of Botox, despite knowing full well that I had signed off for Botox. It seemed like a personal judgment call -- not a medical one -- and that is beyond unacceptable. Afterward, my eyebrows shaped changed, I developed a new wrinkle that went through my eyebrow which I attached a picture of, and my forehead wrinkles never went away, and I returned to the clinic. After going back and forth with the front desk about what had happened -- and showing them that I had the incident on video -- they brought me in again and claimed to inject Botox to fix it. But within just a few days, the results not only looked worse, they also wore off extremely quickly, making me doubt whether they used any Botox at all during the correction. The entire experience was dishonest, unprofessional, and alarming. Do not trust this place. They made a decision about what to inject in my face based on personal bias, not medical ethics -- and did so without my consent. That is dangerous and inexcusable

I was leaving for vacation the next day and my finger was swollen and sore for the entire trip. I did book tips for my nails but there was a language barrier, so I did gel. Which was fine, the manager came in and said to me "you booked for long nails" and she seemed upset and told me she would take of the gel and do the tips. I said no, I had already been there for 45 mins. Then she proceeded to yell at her staff. Then she came to me and said you should have told them long nails, so next time say long nail because we can do that here you know? We do everything. I won't be back. Thank god my finger didn't get infected, but it hurt like hell for like 5 days. And I didn't appreciate the manager yelling at her staff or getting pushy with me
