After a full week of waiting and asking for updates, they suddenly told AHS that the water lines would need to be modified--an obvious and unnecessary attempt to price gouge. I had to laugh. I told them I wouldn't allow them to modify anything in my home. Faucet replacements are simple, and if I were local, I would've done it myself. I immediately informed AHS about Lockhart Plumbing and told them I would be finding a different company to handle my home warranty moving forward. AHS then offered to pay me out so I could hire someone else to complete the replacement.
