The cost of the repair seemed high, but given the circumstances, I could not obtain other quotes so I have to assume it was fair. I thought they did a great job. The equipment that they installed was top quality and the plumbers who did the work were courteous, respectful of my home and knowledgeable. This year, I had a plumbing inspection by a third party who informed me that due to code, I needed an expansion tank for the heater. I called Mr. Rooter to inquire and they sent the original plumber to inspect. They agreed to install the tank at no cost to me other than for the tank and pipe, which I did not purchase the first time. Re-update They misquoted me on the replacement of the 2nd toilet which I had them do at the same time as the other I had issues with. (told me it would be $120-130 and the other one was free of charge) and now charging me $248. Also the bathroom smells SO BAD now. It smells like sewer water.
