I would not recommend this company. Be extremely wary, especially regarding their "continued…read moreservice" agreements. My property manager originally hired them to clean the gutters on my rental property and apparently signed up for an ongoing plan to receive a discount. That manager left in July 2025, and I sold the property in November 2025. In January 2026--after I no longer owned the home--the company performed an unscheduled cleaning and sent me the bill. When I explained that I no longer owned the property, the company refused to drop the charges, insisting I never canceled the agreement. However, I never signed a contract. When I requested a copy of the "service agreement," they produced a document where my name was simply typed in--no signature, no timestamp, and likely filled out by the former manager. Despite my never confirming a 2025 appointment, they proceeded to service a property I didn't own, essentially trespassing. They claimed to have contacted me, but I have no record of any calls, voicemails, or texts. Furthermore, their actual work was subpar; they consistently missed the gutters on the back deck. To make matters worse, while one worker was suggesting expensive roof repairs, another worker privately told my tenant he could do the same job for half the price on the side. This "side-hustle" approach made my tenants very uncomfortable. This company is overpriced and employs shady business practices. Save yourself the headache and stay away.

I NEVER leave bad reviews and I gave the owner Keith an opportunity to fix something that would…read moreprobably not take much of his time, but instead he chose to deflect it and run away from it to only play the finger pointing game. My gutter is leaking pretty rapidly at the end cap, that buts up to my house. I send him a video and kindly asked him if he could come inspect and fix. I'm sure it's a simple fix by maybe crimping the end cap on tighter or putting some sealant on. Instead, he asks if I have gotten my gutters cleaned since the install to which I say, yes, I use a reputable gutter cleaning company called guru gutter cleaning that vacuums out the gutters from the ground and I have this done twice yearly per recommended schedule. Keep in mind Keith did my gutter job only 10 months ago. Keith replied that since someone else cleaned my gutters, he will essentially not stand behind his work and even BOTHER coming out to inspect it to see what the problem is and if he could fix it. So essentially people, if you don't use Keith and his company Urban Seamless Gutters to clean your gutters as well for the life of the gutters, the work he performed is null and void and he will not stand behind it if you have a problem. BEWARE of this, as his response was basically, oh well, if you post a review we will respond with our service agreement?? So this is the type of business that puts a bunch of stuff in fine print so they can get out of standing behind their work!? That's pure greed to force someone to use you to also clean your gutters in order for you to stand behind the work? An honest business would try and fix something this small, especially when I'm positive my gutter cleaning had nothing at all to do with this leaking, he just doesn't want to deal with it. Just be warned so you don't have to deal with this. In Keith's words (see his text) Maybe I am not the right "caliber" of customer for your business since I want an honest business to stand behind their work. Really I don't think you are the right "caliber" of business for me if you have to beg for google reviews by sending multiple spam texts either and can't get them naturally. This is the end of my rant but I really did want this to get solved without posting this but I do want to warn other potential customers about the lack of service I received when faced with a problem, which is really when real customer service begins.
