The ladies on the phone are very rude and constantly cut you off when talking to them. I've never experienced this bad of customer service. I would never recommend anyone to go here. Back at the store we asked to see the Carfax report to see what it said about the A/C. The report clearly shows their service department worked on the A/C two months prior.
