My car also reeked of cigarettes and they blamed it on wildfire smoke and won't even clean it, said it's not their problem. They promised multiple times to fix my car by a certain date, they have had my car for over a month now. They were going to charge me a ridiculous amount to fix a problem with no guarantee that it would even work minutes after leaving the parking lot. The ladies on the phone are very rude and constantly cut you off when talking to them. I've never experienced this bad of customer service. I would never recommend anyone to go here. Back at the store we asked to see the Carfax report to see what it said about the A/C. The report clearly shows their service department worked on the A/C two months prior. When we got there the car we were to test drive was not even at the location, a salesman, not the one we'd been communication with, went and got the car from a different lot. The front door power locks would not work and when we went for a test drive the air conditioner was not working. The car was so dirty inside. What a waste of our time and gas. No way would I ever consider buying anything from a dishonest dealership like this.
