Called to ask for an estimate on suspension work and gentleman on the phone was very rude stated "I'm not stupid, how would I give you an estimate on something I haven't seen". I apologize and shared that I didn't have any ill intent and didn't mean any disrespect. He said that I probably went to a cheap tire place and was told about needing repairs done. I clarified and told him that I only serviced my car at the dealership since I purchased it new and the work identified was by them. I redirected the conversation once again and then asked if he offered any warranty which he replied 12k/1yr. I then asked if I could take my oem parts which sent him off the rails stating why don't you just get it done at the dealership and I said I was just simply trying to find out if a better price was out there and referenced different hourly labor pricing. He replied with a smart remark " it's like going to Dennys and buying your food at Winco". I apologized for wasting his time and got off the call. I get it, we have crappy days sometime but it doesn't mean you get to take it out on everyone especially customers who are trying to give you business (this could have been a 2,500 job for you). You can do better Auto Clinic. Worst customer experience I've had in a decade. Beware customers....

They Charged me for routine carpet cleaning (when I was only there for 5 months): WHICH IS AGAINST THE LAW!!!!!!!! They also didn't give me my receipts which if anyone is reading this, if they take over 125$ out of ur deposit, you have the LEGAL RIGHT to ask for the receipts so you know where your money is going. Then Diana wrote out the check to me and my husband, KNOWINGLY he wasn't available to be with me to cash the check.... Also Wrote the check on the April 5th (moved out on march 31st) and waited to mail it to me on the 21st. (By law landlords HAVE to give you ur security deposit within 21 days, unless it's taking longer to figure out the amount that's being taken out, then by that point, they need to contact you within those 21 days to let you know about the delay. If you have to ask more than once for your deposit after 21 days, by default, they have to give you your entire amount of deposit. But ironically, when I went to the office on April 24th to speak to them about my check, I was told Diana is out ALL week lol Don't not trust this apartment. Or before you contract with them, LEARN YOUR RIGHTS AS TENANT!!!

It has been in their service department six times. The service department people are pretty awesome as well. I understand it's a used car but I would think they would have had some kind of inspection upon selling it. I think my car has been in the service department just as long as have owned it. I ended up canceling the extended warranty and decided just to take it to another shop to have things figured out.
