They offered a Jeep Compass or Nissan Rouge for 3 full size adults, one with mobility issues, luggage and a wheelchair. There was no way we, the luggage and a wheelchair were going to fit in a Compass or a Rouge. No other action was taken, or offered, by Enterprise corporate or this location except asking if I wanted to cancel the reservation. Which I did as none of the offered options would work for our situation. Extremely poor customer service and zero help with the problem. I wish I could give a ZERO star review.

If you have an early flight (before the 8am shuttle service starts back up), you simply park the car in Long-term parking at LAN and drop the key in a box at the airport. This drop-off system was incredibly convenient since I basically parked a few feet from LAN's check-in counters on my own schedule. Thumbs up.

When I inquired with the manager, I was told that the prices changed daily. Although I understood this, I also was not thrilled about it. I always book my rentals online so I expect to pay the amount that I booked keeping in mind, of course, that the online prices have yet to factor in taxes, fees, etc. My rates have stayed consistent up until this last rental and with having been such a regular customer, I am pretty aware of the price ranges per vehicle. Outside of this, I have not experienced such great customer service as I have at this enterprise. Although he no longer works at this branch, Steven was my favorite Enterprise staff member.
