I'm assuming they for the damage that was done to the vehicle yet when I got the vehicle the manager Nick was aware of and he said it was noted. if you are in need of a vehicle etc. do not use Avis. I paid them over $12,000 over the last year and drove a vehicle that was unsafe every time they know that you need them that you're in a bad situation and they will not give you a reliable vehicle, they will make sure you pay on time or threaten to take the vehicle, but as far as maintenance that is not going to happen.
