I was quoted $137/day for a car; just today. They are always out of cars (no availability the last 5x I've tried to book/rent) and they will not rent unless you are renting for more than 3 days. They are the only game in town at the moment and are taking advantage of our community. After speaking with the manager, they seem very content to continue to gouge Logan residents.

We found a car and for several months the payments were made perfectly. Unfortunately my brother later lost his job and stopped making payments. I fully understand that it is not the dealership's fault that he stopped paying. However, as the co signer, I believe I had the right to be notified when payments were missed. I was never contacted by the dealership to inform me that the account had fallen behind. Instead, the vehicle was repossessed without any communication to me. My credit score has dropped nearly 100 points as a result, and I am now responsible for paying off the remaining balance. What is most frustrating is that I had previously called and asked to be notified if there were ever any issues with the account. Even after the vehicle was repossessed, I was the one who had to call to find out what was going on. I was told I would be contacted after repairs were completed and informed about the next steps regarding payment. I never received any follow up. Throughout this entire process, there was no effort to communicate with me or seek payment before allowing the situation to escalate to repossession and collections. As a co signer, you may not be notified if payments are missed, and that lack of communication can seriously damage your credit. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this dealership. I did not feel supported or informed at any point during this process.

I found them as I was traveling north up the valley and pretty much was going to give up after them if I didn't find the car I was looking for. I searched their up-to-date website that had honest pricing and no shady "call for price". I found a car I was interested in and headed there. I went in and was greeted and shown the car. I looked it over and really loved the personal touches they put on each vehicle they had (mine had a new set of rims and tires that fit perfectly with the vehicle). After test driving, rather than rush for the sale, Nate really asked questions to get to know me and explained Black Rock and their philosophy about how you should leave with a car that makes others wonder where you went, instead of a car that everyone and their mother-in-law drives (my paraphrase not his exact words). This is a small business I was glad I stumbled upon, and even happier I was able to patronize. I didn't read any of the reviews before I went in, but I wasn't surprised when I saw all the 5-stars on them. I gave them my contact information and they called me back to repeat the same information saying they can not refund my money because I used it 2 times over the 4 months that I was trying to cancel my membership with them. The person at the car wash told me they would refund my money and to go through the wash because I was already in line and they made the mistake. What a horrible horrible scamming company. By the way, when I asked to speak to a manager they put me on hold and then hung up on me.

This is the best car repair shop I've ever been to. I was in a pinch and bought a used car that was…read morenot maintained in any way and was in very rough shape. At one point it started acting very strange, so I took it to AAMCO to get the transmission checked out. They replaced the fluid and checked my entire car for anything else that needed repair, for no extra charge. They found that both CV axles were broken, the rear differential fluid was dirty, an engine mount was loose, and the serpentine belt was dangerously close to snapping. They gave be the best rate they could and got all of the work done in a matter of just a few days. A few months afterwards, one of the CV axles broke again and the rear diff fluid was dirty again, but both were under warranty, and they fixed them for free. I've even called for advice about my car, like if it would be okay to take on a long car trip, and Phillip has always been so patient and understanding and helpful, without ever being pushy. They've never pestered me about things like air filters or tried to swindle me into paying extra--in fact, they've referred me to other shops for work like oil changes when those options have been cheaper. 5000/5 stars. I don't write reviews, but I had to for AAMCO. Huge thanks to Phillip and the mechanics out there!
