Enterprise in Logan Utah is a joke. They are the highest priced location I have ever rented at in the entire country (I've rented all over the country). I was quoted $137/day for a car; just today. They are always out of cars (no availability the last 5x I've tried to book/rent) and they will not rent unless you are renting for more than 3 days. They are the only game in town at the moment and are taking advantage of our community. After speaking with the manager, they seem very content to continue to gouge Logan residents. read more

(Big Breathe) I went to the shop where I had previously scheduled with enterprise to meet me at 9:00 (I was told that they could not meet at 8:00, so, we scheduled 9:00). 9:15 rolls around and no sign of enterprise for a pick-up. So, I called and they said they saw in the notes that they had to come pick me up, and they apologized. I arrived at the office to sign for a rental that the tire shop is paying for. I show my ID and they call the shop for payment. I was then asked for where I worked. I asked why they needed it. The branch manager chasen andersen said it was company policy. I gave the desk my employment and asked as to since this was company policy. I looked up the corporate sight just due to curiosity. On the corporate website it says photo id And credit card. I show him and he refused to rent to me. He drove me back to the shop and was apologizing the entire time. When we reached the shop he said he would not join me inside to discuss the situation and come to some sort of conclusive agreement. Then another shop was calling on my behalf and was told they would not to them and have me listed as a driver. This was by far the worst customer service (lacking) I have ever witnessed. The best thing about this experience, is that I reached out to customer service through their Live Chat at the enterprise site, and was informed that I only need a credit card, and license. If I were to use a debit card, more documentation would be needed. So, even corporate did not need employer info. I feel that this could have and should have been handled very different. My experience wasn't to bad but when I returned the car I rented I was supposed to get my deposit back and I did not get my full deposit back and they said they couldn't help me and didn't know why it happened. Very disappointing. I was told they couldn't do anything about it. So now I know not to trust anything Enterprise has to say and will use anyone but them whenever possible. Oh and I did fill the car with fuel and emptied the trash from the vehicle and no new scratches or dents so who knows. So just be aware of there deception. read more

Had a flat tire on thanksgiving in Logan with a car I picked up at SLC airport. Called the road side assistance, very friendly, they told me to go to this location. They went above and beyond to accommode me with a new and upgraded car. Very professional. Very impressed with their service. They also had the best price at this time. read more

If I could give you 0 stars, I would!! WORST place EVER! They said they close at 12:00Noon on Sat. We got there at 11:30 and they are GONE!! Closed for the day not open til Monday. We had a reservation also. What a bunch of crap. So thanks for leaving us stranded!!! read more

Mr. Bald head (sorry don't remember his name) is the absolute rudest person I have encountered in a long time. His complete lack of customer service or even general decency was baffling. It's 40 degrees outside and told me I had to wait outside while he processed my rental. He then argued with me and told me I was wrong about my experience with them just a year ago. He wouldn't even listen to anything I said. I will never go back here. I'd rather take the free bus than have to deal with that man again. read more

Terrible customer service! They we're only helping people who had break downs and were staying in town. My daughter rented a car in Portland to drive down and see us. Her Enterprise rental broke down the day before she had to drive back. Enterprise told her they had reserved one for her in Logan that she could pick up Monday at 8 am. She had a confirmation number for the car. When we got there, they didn't have the car. The manager refused to even try to help us. He wouldn't call anyone or try to even locate a car for us. We just got "I don't have any cars today. They have all been rented out." As the only car rental in Logan, they have a monopoly and know it. Our experience makes me believe all the positive responses were left by friends and family. There was another customer there that same morning who was having similar issues with them. We just had the BEST experience at this Enterprise. We rented a car in Las Vegas to take all the way to Yellowstone. When we left Salt Lake City, we realized that the Rogue we rented was making a clunking noise. The Enterprise in Antelope (closest to where we were) didn't have any availability and routed us to the Logan location to pick up an exchange. I can't say enough good things about Luis. He was friendly and speedy (we were on our way to Yellowstone, after all!), and handled all parts of the trade with professionalism. He exchanged our Rogue for a very nice Ford Edge with a huge sunroof to enjoy the scenery at the national park- that type of forethought is the kind of exceptional customer service that puts your business over the top. Thanks to Luis, we will still make it to the park today and avoid a potentially vacation-ruining disaster. read more

We rented with them last week and everything went great and they excepted our card with no issues, then our other vehicle broke down and we needed a car a week later and they told us no problem come down. After we drove down there (about 40 miles) they said they couldn't rent to us because it was a debit card and not a credit card even though it wasn't an issue last time! So we wasted our time and gas for nothing! (80 miles round trip) We will never use again!!! read more

This is also to Mr. Bald Head! I do not recall his name because I was so upset with his customer service skills or should I say "lack of"! We have rented many cars as needed in the last 5 -7 years from you. We were having a hang up on a credit card (had just been issued because fraudulent charges were on our other one and it had been canceled)and he walked us outside and said "when you resolve the issue come back inside". I just needed to call the 1 800 number to the bank to activate the card I then called back after because I was so upset. He told me that it didn't happen like that?!? It absolutely happened like that. I then left .... walking in 40 degree weather making a phone call for a ride. I was treated as though I had stolen a credit card and was trying to use it. I will never ever go back and I work for a very large company and plan on telling everyone to stay away from such a company!! I actually think the people at my local office are kind but the people that make the reservations for them over the phone are just screwing them over! I have on multiple occasions called to get a car and when i showed up they had no inventory. I actually have gotten used to booking a reservation for a car and then calling immediately afterwards to confirm. Most often i get told that they have no cars for me available. Even though I have a reservation confirmed over the telephone. Summer time is the worst for that. The people at the office have always been kind to me though. They are just having to deal with Enterprise telling people yeah! You have a car without even making sure that there is one available. read more

We went to Enterprise and rented a car for a few days. The staff was very helpful and we were pleased. We looked over the car and tried to point out a few dents and dings and the gentleman helping us did not find the problems big enough to make note of them. When we returned the car they tried to tell us a ding was not on any of the notes. We are now being charged for the damages which is really upsetting. If you rent from here take your own pictures and make sure they make note of everything on the vehicle. read more

I was so impressed with Enterprise. They were easy to work with- definitely went above and beyond. They brought my rental car to me at the auto body shop. Then personally walked around the car to look for any scratches. They even noticed the kind of vehicle I was having work done on and upgraded me to a bigger car than my insurance originally put me in, to better fit my family. read more

Don't get sucked in on their "Great weekend sale @ $9.99/day". It is NOT worth it! They only give you 100mile/day and if you go over they will charge you $0.25/mile. AND on top of that they charge me extra hour ($17) for bring the vehicle back 30 mins late. I didn't rent a car so that I can worry about how much mileage I'm putting it on! We rented a car to do a long trip! This weekend deal end it up costing me WAY more then I expected. Service was great as always but I will definitely read the fine prints before I rent the next time! We drove clear from Soda Springs, Idaho in order to rent a car from them. We were delayed 20min due to construction and we called the location informing them of our situation. They told us they wouldn't wait for us. We arrive in Logan and sure enough they left and they missed out on a week long reservation from us. It was very disappointing and frustrating because we drove so far in order to rent the car. I'm really disappointed in their customer service and never have had such a terrible experience with enterprise and I have booked a lot of business reservations. Personnel at Enterprise Logan have never been anything to me other than straight up in their handling of the renting of a car. Price gouging company! You can usually rent a car from them for $30 a day or maybe $50 a day but they decided over Presidents Day holiday that they were going to charge their customers whopping $110 a day and not just for "Presidents day" but for the entire week. This is totally unacceptable. I was there at the end of the day since our car broke down and they had a whole line of cars available both up front and in the back to rent but they use the excuse of Utah supply and demand fees change over holidays. I also found it interesting they considered President's Day some kind of a holiday where they would need gouge people for the whole entire week at $110 a day. I also must add, my friend rented a suv from them last year to take to CA and the seat belt malfunctioned and they never did offer a reimbursement for the distress this caused us all while traveling. I will not be back to this location to rent a car. I can not recommend them. read more

My experience with renting a car with Enterprise has been both good and bad, unfortunately the BAD dramatically outweighs the good. We required a rental due to an accident, because our car was a total loss we had to extend our rental beyond what the insurance would pay, requiring us to increase our deposit. Enterprise quickly debited my account for the initial deposit and the addition required deposit and charges to rent the car. We returned our car on 8/23/2018 at 8:30am and supposedly we were issued a large refund because the charges for the car came from another source. It is not 8/29/2018 and no funds have been returned to me. I have tried to contact someone to help me clear this up, but to get a hold of anyone in accounting is not a possibility. You are transferred around with little or no resolution. I was even told that my financial institution was the hold up even though they are receiving bank not the issuer. For anyone that understands how ACH or visas work they will know that this info was given just to quiet me down. The electronic world is very quick now and a week is not acceptable for a full refund to be given. Next time I need to rent a car, I may choose to leave the valley before I rent with Enterprise again. read more

Enterprise is the 'Top O the Heap' for sure. Customer service is always impeccable. Everything is always on time. The pick-up and drop-off feature is an Enterprise exclusive. So why, when they excel on all of these fronts do they sully there image by charging me full price for an extra day. I used the weekend deal because my car crapped out and I was forced to rent. Monday my car wasn't done so i called and asked for one more day. Of course they were accommodating and said "no problem". When i returned the car on Tuesday and got the receipt, they had charged me for a full day, thereby negating the good deal I got for the weekend. i understand protocols and policies. But in this day of lousy service everywhere you go, do you Enterprise, have to join the ranks of the "expectations unmet"? Is that extra $20 worth more to you than hundreds you would make from me (and others) coming back repeatedly? Not everyone rents for pleasure. Sometimes it is for necessity. I will probably still go with Enterprise because the pros definitely outweigh the cons, but situations like this make me wonder if my loyalty is even appreciated let alone valued. You can do better Enterprise! read more
