They staff recommended a Dodge Grand Caravan instead and told us it would have more room for our Service Dogs. I'm completely anti-van, but it was there and I wouldn't have to return in a few hours to pick up the one I reserved. I'm glad they did the upgrade for us. Not only did it have more than enough room for 2 adults and an 11 y/o, but I fell in love with the stow-away seating. Our Service Dogs are 140 lbs, 80 lbs, and 50 lbs. We stowed the Captain's seats and left the back bench up for my son to sleep on. The dogs had plenty of room to stretch out and sleep on our trip. They even told us not to worry about the dog hair that would inevitably get shed on a total of 18 hour round-trip journey. We did worry about it and took measures to make sure it was as clean as we could possibly get it before we returned it. I think they were so thankful that we did clean it that they ended up comping our mileage overage. I 100% recommend them and will be going back if the need arises.

Drive to the location for pickup. Immediately told that all vans are "blocked" and are only available for Amazon deliveries. Absolutely no reasonable effort made or explanation given as to why our reservation was confirmed and listed as ready for pickup. No other options other than to drive an additional 1.5 hours out of our way to a different location. Do NOT book anything through Hertz!

Also I had wiped the seat and when I looked at the wipe it was dirty which makes the think that they don't actually clean the inside.. I mean other than this one experience it's a convenient place. I have now become a regular and Christian and Spencer are always friendly when I walk in, even if they're swamped. They always accommodate me when I ask them for certain prices on vehicles, so I don't get in trouble with my boss. Scott went above and beyond when I rented online & was in a Lyft over with my entire family to make sure a vehicle was ready. He called to tell me about a glitch, but that he had a solution. It was so nice to have a friendly voice saying don't worry I'll make sure I'm still here & will have something ready for you. We were blown away with the vehicle and the customer service. We will now be doing all of our rental cars through Enterprise because of Scott and his amazing service at Concord.

Finally called the phone number and whoever answered said that the staff were there. But they weren't. Just told us to use the after hours drop box.
