How can I have a status = confirmed reservation and no vehicle available?????? I got fed a lot of BS at the store.. since they did not have a phone number on file they could not call me to inform me. Well, why does your system allow bookings without a phone number?? Also if you do not have a car available then why did you not cancel the booking together??? This is malpractice, and tomorrow I am talking to my legal team about suing your store manager, area manager, and Enterprise as a whole for malpractice. I checked a lot of google reviews of this store, and a lot of people have complained about the same issue. This malpractice has been going on for a long time here.

They had online check in which expedited things significantly. Then the lady who we went to get the car, Seraiah was fabulous. Her bright, happy attitude made me so happy (we'd had a horrible trip until that point). She went above and beyond to make us feel valued. It really meant so much because not only was she efficient at her job, but the extra energy and friendliness helped me calm down after the awful airport experience. Then the lady at the gate who checked out the selected car was also exceptionally friendly and easy to talk to. The lady who checked us in at drop off was also awesome. I don't know what is going on at this Enterprise for them to have such cheerful, awesome employees. I loved it. No stress, minimal wait, exceptional customer service. 5+ stars for this Enterprise.

They provided a confirmation code that did not coincide and was not findable by their system. Renita was persistent and made it happen by trying different search methods. HOWEVER, beside the service Renita provided, it was not the best experience. I had thought that because it was directly at the airport that the experience would be quicker than renting from a spot outside of the airport. Boy I was wrong. There were many counters at this rental car area and the only one with a long line was Alamo. I thought, "just my luck". They seemed severely understaffed and overworked. I felt for the staff. If you have extra time you want to kill - by all means rent through Alamo@ Charlotte Airport. If you are trying to leave the airport ASAP, then I do not recommend. Unfortunately, because of my poor experience, I would be hesitant to rent from Alamo, at least this location, in the future.

Owner/operator said he would cut the upgrade fee in half, and then proceeded to charge me the full rate. This clown should have his franchise license pulled.

So I made the executive decision to rent a nice mid-size SUV to 1) get us to the spa and 2) test drive smaller cars in preparation for retiring my mommy mobile. Caitlyn was running the desk and I found out she is the manager, and she took care of me so quickly and professionally, I thought I rolled into a simulation. Caitlyn ran that whole office with about 6 other ppl waiting for vehicles, insurance updates or just availability, she gave everyone attention and an update in their situation. Right after making the reservation we got a phone call from the Enterprise location advising that the car we rented may not be available when we arrive, but they'll offer us other options upon arrival. When we arrived just 2 hours after making the reservation, they employee told us the car we had confirmed on the website wasn't available but we could pay more to upgrade to another car. When we questioned the amount of the additional charge the employee became dismissive and difficult to work with. She began whispered conversations with the other employees and treating us like we were an inconvenience because we wouldn't immediately agree to the upgraded car and extra charge. We asked if there were cars being washed and soon available that are the car size we originally rented. She said she didn't have to time to check and would get back to us. Only 2 minutes later...surprise!!!...the car size we originally rented pulled up outside and was available. The employee tried to SCAM us by saying the car we reserved wasn't available. DISHONEST scam location!!!

But I only learned of the business because I was in dire straits. I am traveling from the west coast for a wedding and, to my surprise, there were no rental cars available at any of the major rental agencies. I checked EVERY single agency, even in the greater Charlotte area, not just the airport. Nothing on Expedia. So I searched Google maps for car rentals and, to my good fortune, found Montgomery Enterprise. Ms. Montgomery was an angel. She was so kind, personable and helpful. The rental rates were very reasonable. She even kept her office open after normal office hours just to accommodate me because of my late flight. She didn't have to do that and, in my experience, not many businesses these days offer that kind of service to their customers. Ms. Montgomery was warm, professional, welcoming and solution-oriented. If I could give more than five stars, I would in a heartbeat. Thank you Ms. Montgomery! And I wish you and your family great abundance in every aspect of your lives.

I'm not impressed…read more They had me fill out all the paperwork online ahead of time, and then when I got to the counter at the airport, I still had to wait in line for 20 minutes and answer all the same questions again. I filled the gas tank on the way to the airport a few miles before our arrival, and they charged me at $9.98/gallon for 1/3 of a gallon deficit. Usually I use a different company, but Southwest offered me Bono's points to use Budget, and the price was slightly lower than the competitor. I won't be falling for that again.
