The web sites for the companies listed did not strike me as very professional, so when I saw All City's web site, I figured they knew what they were doing. Their web site enabled me to submit my request online, which I appreciated, but the site is very particular about how you enter your information. I had to keep re-typing information in order for it to go through and at one point, I actually had to call them to figure out what I was doing wrong. When it did go through, I got an email that they would be in touch with me (I assume to confirm my reservation), but I NEVER got an email or a phone call confirming this, so I called instead to confirm. When I landed in Charlotte, I had a voice mail from the driver advising me that he was waiting at baggage claim. Great news! I walked out the door and there he was! Easy breezy. And the ride was easy, too. The dispatcher had told me that tip was included, but the driver indicated that it was not. Sadly, I only had $2 to give him. Luckily, I got the same driver for the trip back to the airport 5 days later and was able to make-up for my poor tipping. My driver was very friendly and professional. Booking the return trip was a bit easier the second time around since I knew how to manipulate the site, but again, it had its challenges and wouldn't let me leave any comments (even though it has a comments section). And once again, I received a message that they received my reservation and would be in touch with me, but I never got a confirmation email or phone call. I would have appreciated SOMETHING showing scheduled pick up time, location and an itemized amount of the cost. I am not sure if I would use this service again. The driver was great, but the person answering the phone and the online reservation service was a completely different experience and standard of customer service as compared to the professional driver.

Great concept, great people…read more I've been fortunate to see this go from a couple of notes on a whiteboard to an established business with a small fleet of carts rolling around uptown today. Expanding a bit on the Facebook business model- free services through advertising funding- they have made quite the impact on Charlotte's inner city transportation, without an impact on the environment (electric carts). Their service is provided at nearly all major sporting events, as well as many others. Most of the guys involved in driving the carts I know personally, definitely friendly and personable. I'm looking forward to getting my ride on here soon. Congrats guys. Don't forget to tip your driver!
