I can use adjectives like "amazing" and "awesome" quite a bit, so that's what I'm going to do. We booked Alpha Car Services for an airport drop off and pick up, a week apart. Our outbound flight was early - EARLY - on a Saturday morning. That meant he had to pick us up even more earlier than early. Kevin arrived on-time, alert and awake, and smiling. Amazing! He even helped us load our luggage into his car. (Probably a good thing, as we were all bleary-eyed and groggy.) He kept us entertained on the early morning drive and delivered us safely to the departure gate. He even helped us unload our luggage. A week later, he picked us up at the airport and drove us home. Our plane ended up being 45 minutes late. Kevin was patient and did not rush us. He even texted us with directions to an alternate pick-up location that was more easily accessible than the crowded pickup lanes. Awesome! Again, he helped us with our luggage and we were quickly on our way home. On our way home, Kevin even offered to take us by our preferred grocery store so we could pick up items that we may need after being gone a week. How considerate is that? Kevin helped us unload our luggage, made sure we could get into our house, and went on his way. His vehicle was immaculate... "showroom clean." His driving was safe. His entire attitude was positive and upbeat. I will certainly use Alpha Car Services the next time I need a ride to the airport. My only regret is that we didn't know about Alpha Car Service earlier!
