I looked over at Alamo and there was one person in line. I promptly booked my car via Priceline, and it was about $18 more than Budget. I was in and and out the Alamo line in 10 mins. I looked over at the Budget/ Avis lines , they were still working with the same 2 people when while I was in the Budget line. The Columbus Airport has a consolidated rental car facility . You take the rental car facility bus from the terminal, and it takes you to the rental cars housed in a offsite garage (about a mile away from the airport.) You can select any available model they have on the hand based on the category of vehicle you rented. The signage on rental return was easy to spot. Employees at this location are very friendly. Drop off is VERY quick and easy.

I took it back and they give me a Nissan Rogue to drive. When I had got in the car it smelled like they had sprayed a bottle of cologne in it. The only number I have is for someone who claimed to have been the owner that just rings and rings there is no emergency number and every number I have for them ring to a phone with no voicemail I had the car for less than 6 hours and only drove it a total of 1 hr cumulatively. Do not rent from this company Thier cars are dirty and beat up. From what I have experienced thus far they do not care about the customer or take any pride in the vehicles they rent. Update: Have been trying to contact them non stop every free minute since the car broke down with no response calling every number my wife and I could find. Will be contacting a consumer protection attourney Monday.
