Mallory and Taylor were fabulous! Mallory picked me up at the auto shop and even apologized that the car wasn't clean - even though it was way better than my 4yo-has-wreaked-havoc car It's a super small location but they do their best to find a car at another location in order to serve their customers and make it right. I even overheard both women speaking to a seemingly upset customer over the phone and both handled it very well. They were patient and offered to set him up with a car in the afternoon (since he missed his 8a appt). Customer service like that is hard to find! The rental that was given to me was washed and vacuumed and spotless. They have newer cars (even though it's been tough with the pandemic!) and I'm not zipping around in a red Kia Soul (que music and dancing hamsters)! read more

This is the best rental place in Columbus. Everyone is super friendly and professional. If they don't have the car you want, they usually upgrade you for free. They are all easy to work with and they have you in and out extremely quickly. I have to give a shout out to Jack. Jack was awesome, he met every need I had and went above and beyond to help me out. If you happen to need a rental, please give this place a try and request Jack, that guy is awesome. If Jack isn't the boss there, he should be! Thank you guys for everything! read more

This is a small location, it started out to be a great experience over the phone. But when I showed up they had about 3 cars on the lot. They put me in a Camry SE, it was filthy on the inside, had sticky debris and water spots. Along with a huge sign that says it's been Clorox cleaned ... what a joke. I didn't really drive the car for two days later, and it was awfulZ. When I turned the air on, it's smelled like spoiled dairy and the car had a weed smell. When I was driving it felt like the transmission was going out. I felt every gear when it was shifting, it struggled to go into second ( it was an automatic mind you). I emailed Rachel Starrett on 7/2/21 telling her I feel unsafe driving and never herd back. Their billing office was also extremely rude when it was time for me to bring the car back ( my car repairs were completed and they had been paid through the day.) Never never again read more

I wish I could give this company a better review because they got me an excellent rental but the experience I had was overwhelming and uncomfortable to say the least. I was told I would go to the body shop, drop off my vehicle, and leave in an enterprise vehicle at the same location. That was not the case at all. I had to get into a vehicle and go to a different location with a man who made me very uncomfortable. Not to mention, he showed up very late which was inconvenient for the body shop since they were trying to close for the night. When I got there, a man (Ethan) approached me and asked me very strange questions regarding my reasoning for needing a rental. His questions seemed as if I was inconveniencing him and as if I was expected to know step by step what needed to be done. When it came to his explanation of the documents I was signing, he often got off topic so I took it upon myself to read it and sign so I could get out of there faster. He didn't like that and got an attitude about it which was disrespectful to say the least. He also made a comment regarding a customer having trouble getting out of the parking lot. He stated that "he wasn't going to help her back up because he gets a bonus if any of the rental cars got damaged." That seemed very unprofessional and reckless to me. After signing the documents and receiving my rental, I was relieved to get out of there. I waiting until after I returned the rental car to write this review because I was so uncomfortable and was afraid there might be problems if I said anything. Never again will I rent from Enterprise. I have always rented my cars there but their policies have gotten so out of hand that it's absolutely ridiculous. I went in to get pick up my car and they wouldn't rent to me because I have a debit card and when you have a debit card you have to take in a utility bill which I did but I was slightly behind on my payment so they would not rent a car to me. I reserved a car, went to pick it up and they would not accept my debit card. Apparently, they take credit cards only which wouldn't work for me since I recently paid mine off and cut them up. Ridiculous! I guess my cold hard cash isn't good enough. I've never had a problem there before - I have been a LONG time customer at this location, but I will be taking my business elsewhere and will never go back there again. read more

If your reservation says noon, show up at noon. I showed up at 1:30 and they had no car for me. They asked if I could wait an hour or more while they picked one up at another location. I could not - it was a workday. They said come back at 5:00. Since I had to walk nearly 2 miles to get to Enterprise, I called at 5 to make sure they had a car. No one answered the phone and I had to listen to one of the worst on-hold music/messages repeated every 15 seconds for 10 minutes. Maddening! Since no one answered the phone, I went back only to find they did not have the full-size car I reserved. Instead, they gave me a gas guzzling Jeep that cost me a lot of money to fuel up. First no car. Then the wrong car followed by very high fuel expenses. This was a poor experience. The manager seemed surprised when I described my experience and said it was poor. He asked what he could do to "keep me as a customer." He should have just offered something. I said "what's done is done" and left. read more
