Tourist trap. I reserved online at a specific price. At pickup, I was told only two cars were available and was given a different vehicle. I was not informed that this would result in a €600 upgrade charge, nor was the upgrade presented as optional. The rental rate itself matched my reservation -- the issue is the undisclosed €600 upgrade, which I did not request or knowingly agree to.
