If you're looking for it, you'd never realize that it is a train station as it's in a beautiful building and is NOT labeled as such on the front. I had walked inside to look at the gift shop on the left and saw the Starbucks on the right, but never saw any indication of a train station there, either. Once I KNEW that it was the train station, I looked harder for a sign, and it was up the elevator from the front of the building.
Tickets are at the top of the double elevator and should have been easy to get, but I had to try 3 different machines to get it to work. The machine will encourage you to get a round trip, and know that the round trip ticket is all on one ticket. You won't be issued 2 tickets.
The ticket is needed to get in and out of the stations, so make sure to hang onto it until after you've left your final destination.
The place is super clean...one of the cleanest train stations I have been in.
I wanted this review out here in case someone needed it. I hope it helps folks to avoid the couple of hiccups I had there. read more
