When I'm renting a car in cville, I prefer this location over the pantops one. I've been consistently renting from this location for about 2 years. The staff are friendly, efficient, and timely. I rarely wait longer than 5 minutes to pickup a car. The cars have all been great - very clean and many of them are newer models. Drop off is also quick and easy, they are fast at processing drop offs and have after hours drops available too. On rare occasions I've needed to switch vehicles, they have been gracious and met my needs. One note is that they do not have on-site parking, so do not plan to leave your current vehicle at their business while you're renting. Plan ahead to be dropped off. If you're looking to rent in the cville area, I would highly recommend this enterprise location!

I later confirmed that collision coverage was already handled through insurance, making the added pressure unnecessary. More transparency and less pressure would greatly improve the experience.

Yellow cab is pretty hit or miss in cville, and after using them for about a year this is the…read morefeedback/comments I have about their service. Tip 1 - if you're scheduling an ASAP ride, call the dispatch and ask them to give you an estimate of how long the wait time is at the moment. This is the MOST accurate info I get from them, the automated computer and the online estimate are just that - estimates. They're probably generated from some computer code and most of the time they're pretty close but the ONE day you need it to be right ofc will be the day it's WAY off. Call the operator instead. Tip 2 - talk to the drivers! I've ridden with 15+ drivers and pretty much all of them have been wonderful. I've had way friendlier drivers with yellow cab than Uber. Tip 3 - lower your expectations. At this point, their biggest competition is probably Uber who is just doing a better job. I've had late yellow cabs, wrong time estimates and honestly? Cabs that look like they're going to fall apart. But it will get you from point a to point b if that's all you're looking for. Overall, I'll be honest - if you have the option, I would recommend taking an Uber. Yellow cab could be a real contender if they had nicer vehicles and more accurate time reporting. Their drivers are super nicer but Uber is just more reliable.
