URGENT: Fraud, 32 Unanswered Calls, and Financial Damages -- Staunton & Waynesboro VA…read more To Enterprise Corporate Leadership, I am putting this in writing because 32 phone calls over three days have produced zero results -- only empty promises and what I can only describe as coordinated deflection. I made confirmed reservations through the Enterprise app at your Staunton, VA and Waynesboro, VA locations. Both stores called to cancel, claiming no vehicles were available. Your own app confirmed these reservations. Your corporate line then created new reservations -- which the same stores rejected again. This loop repeated for three days while your representatives told me each time that the issue was being escalated to a regional manager. Both stores told me those regional managers were all simultaneously on vacation. Nobody called me back. Nobody resolved anything. What your corporate line is doing -- confirming reservations they know or should know cannot be fulfilled, and repeatedly creating new ones while stores reject them -- is deceptive at best. At worst it constitutes a deceptive business practice and I intend to report it as such. Because I trusted your confirmed reservation, I passed on a competitor who had vehicles available. That decision cost me. I am now paying nearly three times my original travel budget for a company function, a direct and documentable financial loss caused by your system's failure. I am now taking the following steps simultaneously: -- Filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau -- Filing a complaint with the Virginia Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division -- Posting a detailed public account on Google, Yelp, Reddit r/mildlyinfuriating, and social media tagging -- Consulting with an attorney regarding small claims for documented financial damages I still need a vehicle. TODAY. If someone with actual authority contacts me within 24 hours and resolves this, I will note the resolution in every public posting I make. If not, those posts go live and the complaints get filed. I have every confirmation number, every call log, every date and time, and the names of every representative I spoke with. I am prepared to produce all of it.

I needed to rent a car because another driver totaled mine. That driver's insurance company was…read moreresponsible for paying for the rental. When I went to pick the car up at the Enterprise in Staunton VA, the employee with initials of C.J. "helped" me. He had a tablet where he shared with me verbally what was said in each section of the agreement and then had me initial. I later learned that C.J. had added a "damage Waiver", which he DIDNT share with me. After researching, I learned that this is something that has to be offered and accepted. CJ never offered this to me and I absolutely never excepted it or asked for any additional coverage. I wasn't paying for this rental, the other parties insurance company was. It would make no sense for me to pay a single penny towards this rental. Since I made the mistake of allowing C.J. To simply tell me what each section was opposed to reading it for myself, I was charged $318. I have called and left a voicemail, I have emailed the company twice only to be told twice that they have forwarded my complaint to the branch and have not received any response from the branch, I have emailed CJ and I have done a survey. They are choosing to ignore me. Don't make the same mistake I did. Don't assume that you can trust. Don't assume when they're telling you what is in each section of the agreement, that they are telling you everything. I am out $318 for a rental that I should not have paid a single penny for all because I trusted the enterprise rent a center employee in the Staunton Virginia location to be of good character.

We sold it back to them in 2017 and paid them for another vehicle a 2009 Subaru Forester. The transmission had a complete failure and required to be replaced not even rebuilt, less than 30 days later. The powertrain warranty left us still paying $1000.00 to replace it. During the time it took to diagnose I was unable to ever get a hold of Scott, who Donna insisted made all purchase and mechanical decisions, but was "at auction" or off any days and times we called or were there to speak with him as Donna could not make any decision about assisting us or the questions we had about how they would help with our second purchase from them with no way to drive it. Donna even went as far as to tell me they had been closed on a business day they agreed to call us back but having called from an unknown number that was revealed to be untrue as the gentlemen who answered gave us their hours of operation but repeated that Scott was unavailable. We currently have their loaner white 2003 Tahoe listed at $6,999 sitting in our driveway that also didn't run for us to use. We returned it mid need, my husband listed the issues he knew aside from it being very far out of oil change, low coolant light on, brake and head lights out, and a bad front passenger tire. After picking it back up after it had been to Merchants for...something We found the same issues aside from the headlight fixed and the service engine soon light was now on. Shortly after that we were unable to get it back to them and once notified it is still here because Scott is inevitably unavailable. I had a great experience with Chastity and recommend her but Donna and Scott gave us the run around for a very long 2 weeks now. We had prepared to spend more money to replace our other car with them but after having the Subaru be a loss not even 30 days into our purchase this has put our family of 5 in a very poor position. I felt swindled by them. They knew the circumstances and strain this has put on us but have a lack of duty to their customers. We have remained calm, however frustrated and do not plan to ever purchase from or recommend them again.

I called Jenkins because I thought they were a bigger Goodyear dealer than they are. They assured me they could have the tire the next day which they did. When I took the vehicle down to have the tire changed, they scratched the rim on my wife's new car. A new rim for that vehicle was $770. Jenkins refused to make it good. they kept putting me off and putting me off and putting me off telling me they were looking for a good used A+ rim, and basically blew me off. The gentleman I spoke with at Jenkins told me he kept texting the owner, Todd Jenkins, and that he (Todd Jenkins) would call me. That never happened. Jenkins never called me back or followed up in any way. Their word meant nothing. I realize that when service work is done, including mounting a tire on a rim, that accidents can happen. However, I also realize that it's up to the dealer to make it right. This they did not do. I wouldn't recommend Jenkins Services or Todd Jenkins to conduct party games at a six-year-old's birthday party. As far as I'm concerned, they get a -10 stars. I should have had Rice Tire (formerly Central Tire) handle the situation. They would have done it honestly and correctly.
