That said, I do not know if I got lucky with my situation or if this quality of service is consistent. The lady on the phone informed me that one of her guys could come out first thing (7AM) and run a diagnostic check on the car to make sure it was just the battery. If it was, he could replace it right then and there! I called back in the morning at 6:15 and the guy was at our front door by 7AM. Sure enough, it was the battery! So he replaced it, ran my credit card, and I was only 30 minutes behind getting to work. Without Drumheller's I'm not sure how long it would have taken me to get everything taken care of this morning. I highly recommend them!!!
