The drivers are first class professionals with compassion and dedication. Both times just happened to be in inclement weather and no grumbling. Yes, the guys/gals in the office have accents, but we're in the SOUTH in case y'all didn't notice. 90 bucks for two guys in two trucks ( the rollback wouldn't work so they sent a dolly and wrecker) to go 15 mi or so, reasonable. I've used the towing company that one of the largest Ferrari dealerships on the east coast uses ( not for a Ferrari tho, lol) and these guys are as good.

rude phone call when I needed help on the side of the road stranded and already stressed and sad…read more condescending and not understanding at all. After the towe instead of getting my credentials over the phone the dispatcher had someone take a picture of the card itself very uncomfortable with this. The payment hasn't even gone through yet but I am disabling my card and using another one to pay. That is not okay. The receipt I was given was also blank. I took a picture of the original for my record instead of taking it cuase I didn't know if that would cause conflict. I just wanted to get in get my dogs out and sleep it was late 9-9:40 and the car breaking down was already stressful enough.

Which we totally understand because who knows what people leave hidden or covered up in piles of blankets. We happily took care of it.

My experience was very good with use of a new van to move my daughter out of her UVA apartment…read more Service was efficient on the paperwork. I purchased the additional insurance thankfully. I will explain, The van only had 3000 miles and was like new. The van was clean and drove similar to a van, but was noisy in my opinion. With going into a parking structure I confirmed the van height and called the apartment complex. So I certainly felt comfortable entering the garage. Unfortunately the initial height was correct entering the garage. However, the secondary height was several inches lower. The sound of peeling metal still is in my head. Once I returned the van damage was documented by staff and $250 deductible was corrected. The damage was per the rep likely $20k. The apartment complex reimbursed me since their info on height was bogus. I would use them again, but never again will I enter a parking structure with one of these type of moving vans,

I had probably the best car buying experience I've ever had with Jeremy Soares at Flow Audi. From…read morethe moment we met, Jeremy made sure that I was as comfortable and informed about the process and the product as I could possibly be. He had a deep knowledge of the vehicles we looked at and went out of his way to help me find the right fit. I was extremely deliberate in my decision making process, but Jeremy and the entire Flow Audi team were patient and accommodating throughout. At no point did I feel the slightest bit of pressure or hassle. It was like car sales for grown ups, by grown ups, and I really appreciated that. I cannot recommend them enough if you are in the market for a car. I would definitely buy another car from Flow in the future.
