After a whirlwind move to Virginia, I contacted the company in a panic because I needed renter's insurance within the next two days to move into my apartment. That was when I met Anita. In fact, after speaking with her on a Wednesday, I learned I actually needed to show my policy the next day and not two days later. Anita made me feel like I was her only client, which I know I wasn't, but she kept in communication with me and quickly responded to my requests. She was friendly and well-informed. She spoke in a way that allowed me to understand the terms of the policy. I look forward to continuing to work with Anita and Towe Insurance.
