It was gleaming gold and beautiful. Asked for them to clean it up and do any repairs necessary. 3 1/2 months later after calling and calling, they told me it was ready. I asked to see inside again and it was a dull chrome color. I was charged almost $300 for the service. They had completely gutted and taken out the and replaced it with garbage parts. They said it loses about 10 minutes a day. Do not take your vintage time pieces to this location. I had an heirloom pocket watch and they stole what was inside and replaced it with crap. They are thieves.

There was someone there already getting a watch battery replaced. So, while waiting, I walked around admiring their clocks and watches. They have quite a selection - great if you need a nice clock for yourself or as a gift. I took some pictures and a short video and posted them for you to see. When it was my turn, he took the watch and went in the back. It didn't take much more than five minutes for him to return with the watch working again! And the price was very reasonable, under $20. Then last year I inherited a very old diamond ring. One of the diamonds was chipped and had to be recut. Claudia was very honest about what could happen when it was recut. In addition, she designed a new ring incorporating that diamond and another ring. End result - the new ring is gorgeous! Their customer service is great and their approach is very personal.
