I didn't remember seeing any the last couple times we were there. I was told they did, so we went over. We were surprised with how many they actually had in the size we needed because other stores we visited were very limited. We were greeted by 3 or 4 workers upon entering and we were pointed in the direction. After browsing for a bit, the worker came over with a ball and told us to try it out. My daughter found one she wanted and they guy told us he could match a price I saw online. Very helpful and even more friendly. This was the first time were received great service from them and we will go back for more. It really is a great store because they have athletic equipment and gear and well as a large team apparel selection to choose from (and not just Philly sports). Thank you!

The shopping experience started out great...a young female employee was very nice and helpful. We all found quite a few things to purchase...until we noticed the older gray haired male employee with the brown patch on his face who was very obviously following us around. Every time I looked up, wherever we were, he was there, leaning on the racks, peering at us. He didn't follow any of the other customers around because he was so fixated on us. After a while, I told my family 'Everyone put your items down because our business isn't welcomed here because we're being watched.' My daughter in law responded' Clearly it's not'.' We put our items down and watched him watch us leave. Have always preferred supporting local businesses, but not this one ever again. We took our business dollars to Rally House where they appreciated our business. When we told about our experience at Fan Treasures, the encouraged us to leave you a review...and so here we are.

The store itself was massive and because it was just after Thanksgiving, lots of people in the mood to shop. A ton of the clothing were from top name brands and at very nice discounts. But even before, when I lived in Pennsauken and Collingswood, I still made the effort to come here for all things running related. I'm a lifelong runner, and a lifelong Haddonfield Running Company customer. I've never had a bad experience. The shoe selection is incredible. The staff know everything about them and can watch you run and help you pick out shoes based on your gait, your running history and goals, your past purchases, etc. They'll sit and work with you one-on-one to find the perfect shoe for you. They have a ton of other gear as well, of course. Everything you need to help you run. The owner, Dave Welsh, is one of the most outgoing and friendly guys you'll ever meet. He is constantly giving back to the community by sponsoring and/or personally organizing local events both out in the surrounding area and in the Haddonfield store. The store often hosts guest speakers in the basement of the store, or will invite shoe companies to bring their shoes to the weekly Wednesday night group run and let people test run their shoes for the whole 6.6 mile course. The store also does sidewalk sales a few times a year where they drastically reduce prices on shoes and other items. I once got a pair of Nikes for $40. Doesn't matter if you're a newbie runner or a veteran, everyone is welcome here. Stop in for the quality products and advice, stay for the amazing community of runners you'll find here.

They'll be slick and give you these black socks to try on, and then charge you at the end unless you say no. They'll charge you $150 for orthotic type inner soles at the end too without telling you the price upfront. I had to tell them no to everything. I can get my own custom made orthotics for nothing. The salesperson did say that my orthotics from them can get reimbursed through insurance. If that's true, great if not, we have a problem if she gives out false information to customers. They FORCE the VIP club down your throat, it's disgusting. I would not come here again.
