(I'm not enough of an authority to make any judgment myself.) The stuff they do have all fits into the "urban chic" style. 95% of their hats are Yankees (weird, right, since we're in Philly) -- I'm talking 20+ different styles of NY hats. They have the new Iverson jerseys, with Denver, and a bunch of stuff that will make you look really cool if you're going to a hip-hop night spot, but if you're looking for a rare or vintage jersey, I highly doubt you'll find it here.

I went in to look around mostly and did end up purchasing a disc that has been on my radar for quite some time. It is a small shop, so we can't expect every mold, but most popular brands are represented throughout the store and there is a decent selection of discs and gear. Throughout my visit, the owner was having a conversation with a different customer about getting started in the game and learning form (a big thing among golfers of all kind). I didn't mind not being addressed because I honestly was just there to look around and perhaps buy something if the markup compared to online stores wasn't too huge. Turns out the prices were solid and I did go home with a disc! When I approached the counter, the owner stopped his conversation to help me. I asked if he had a certain disc in stock and he told me he didn't but recommended a few others I might try. We continued to chat for a moments and then I was on my way. All of that could constitute a 4 star review from me, but all of the visibility in the community really takes their shop to the next level. They are featured sponsors at local tournaments and give out free merchandise at weekly competitions. They truly do foster a welcoming environment all around our local disc golf scene. If you are a disc golfer or looking to get into it, stop by Cosmic and let them help you out!

They have plenty of adorable children clothes and hats. But what really stands out is how much memorabilia they have of their beloved mascot Phillie Phanatic. They have children books, posters, toys, figurines, stickers, you name it, they had something with the Phanatic on it. As a life long Mets fan, I still believe Mr. Met is the greatest mascot in pro sports. The Phillie Phanatic may be #2 on that list. The team store is a wee bit small compared to the Mets team store in Citi Field. I can't imagine how packed and how long the line could be during a home game.

I ended up purchasing some new undergarments, all of which have held up so well so far and are clearly high quality, as well as a casual cotton long-sleeved shirt. I liked it so much that I actually bought it online in two other colors also. For $20, it's super cozy yet presentable, so you can go out in it or sleep in it. Prices are reasonable for the level of quality. I prefer the stuff I bought there better than my existing stash of undergarments, so I'm sure I'll return someday to replenish the stock as needed.

I have several recommendations for Bruce, based on our past experiences ordering t-shirts and…read moresweatshirts for our martial arts studio (which is a single location in a franchise), that I hope he will take seriously: 1. Put systems in place to make sure that every order you accept gets fulfilled correctly before it ships. Every order we have received from Coaches Choice has had some sort of mistake, whether we received extra shirts, the wrong size/color shirts, or were missing shirts. One time is excusable, but when it happens every time, you have something wrong in your fulfillment practices. 2. Send invoices with a payment due date, and be more flexible about accepting credit card payments. Yes, you have to pay a merchant fee; work that into your pricing just like the rest of us. It would also be nice if you had a payment portal on your website so we can enter our credit card or banking information there. Coaches Choice might be a good choice for a small sports team, but they have their limitations when working with larger organizations that have multiple locations. It's obvious that they still use paper and pen when what they need is a database system to manage their more complex orders.
