We included deodorizing and the enzyme treatment because we have senior dogs. Today is the day after the treatment and everything looks (and smells) great! The process of communicating about services and scheduling was quick and easy. The information we got was thorough and straightforward. And it turns out that I overestimated the size of the downstairs, so we were charged less than what we were quoted. Everyone I have dealt with at the company is polite and professional. Highly recommend SN Cleaning!

Their prices are very reasonable.

It was one of the first things I planned to replace. But after one cleaning, CCG completely brought it back to life and it looks brand new. I have two big dogs, so I have them come about every nine months and they consistently do the wall-to-wall carpet in my basement and the stairs up to the first floor as well as my couch. And the couch is done cushion by cushion and pillow by pillow. Both the carpet and the couch always look brand new after they leave. Sporadically, I have also hired them to clean other pieces of furniture that I don't use that often - to an amazing end. And recently, they started doing my custom runner up the stairs from my first to second floor. I was a little nervous about it at first as it has custom canvas trim - but again - looks fabulous. Can't recommend them enough. I have been lucky enough to have Zach and Valodia do my service that past few times and they are always on time, pleasant, professional, and really good at what they do.

Chicago Couch and Mattress Cleaning was great! I thought they were fairly priced (all in all it cost $285 - $245 for my sofa and $40 for my last minute ottoman add) and I definitely will be hiring them for all my future upholstery cleaning needs!

Dan was quick to respond and was communicative with their arrival. They did a great job overall, my rugs and couch look much better. A couple of old stubborn stains are still slightly present but look much more faded, and the rest of the areas look wonderful. (I expected that some old stubborn stains may not go away and Dan was clear on this too up-front, so this was to be expected.) Both Dan and Steven were very friendly. Dan is obviously an expert in this area. He shared some information about the products they use and answered some of my questions. The only minor issue was that there's a couple water/soap smudges on the floor where some drips happened, but this will only take me 5 minutes to clean up. Overall would definitely recommend.
