I needed a 8ftx6ft birthday backdrop to be done in two days. I submitted a project quote here on Yelp and I had several responses from other printing shops including RedDot Printing. I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. I knew that I placed this order last minute and I knew I was an amateur with the design, but Z made my vision into reality. Z, thank you so much for everything. Your work is impeccable! Z was able to help me make each of our 12 players their own card, which I then packaged as a team set and gave each player within a homemade/DIY sleeve. First off, gotta hand it to Jay for his professionalism and skill. He's a pleasure to work with. Jay came out and patiently listened to what I wanted at my boot camp (and I'm picky) He gave his recommendations and we agreed on placement and designs. He put a couple sample materials on the wall to see what stuck the best to make sure we got the best material for our type of walls. He took all the necessary measurements and came back a couple days later with Fabian with everything pre-cut and ready to install. I'm picky about things but he was patient in creating the big flag with our logo on it. Even took into account the outlet on the wall with the way he placed the logo and cut the outlet to fit it nicely! Check the photos. Super detailed work. Took their time with the install and did a stellar job! No complaints. I was contemplating getting decals and logos for so long and I'm glad I did it. Really gives my boot camp a professional appearance just like it'll do for your business also. Plus the pricing is amazing! Way less than others I inquired with. Just do it! read more

So I drive my 98 Navigator to Southern California and back to Las Vegas on a regular basis. This has taken a toll on the paint of the front bumper with the tiny rock chips and what have you. So while in California I looked up for a solution for the rock chips and the first thing that came up was vehicle wraps. Quick and affordable it said. Cheaper than getting a new paint job. I said well let's give it a try. I met with the owner of Hero Wraps and explained my issue and travel ordeals. Jay (the owner) brought out a wrap that was a perfect match to the color of my truck I was amazed. My bumper was wrapped in no time and it looked amazing like a brand new bumper. I even had the side panels that were black and faded wrapped with this cool carbon fiber wrap. The work quality is fantastic. Jay said he can even wrap my entire truck to any color I could think of. The shop is clean and professional. The employees are friendly. Prices vary on what you want done. I don't usually post on Yelp but I have to admit Jay went out of his way to make sure my newly owned Mitsubishi Evo would stay in great condition for years to come. I was able to get my car back that same day and the clear bra is still very much in tact since getting it done. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking to get a wrap. I was recently in an accident and hit only on my passenger front side, so once my truck was done from the body shop I went to Hero Wraps. Based on that promise, I dropped off multiple shirts as instructed and was told I'd receive a mock-up for approval before anything was printed. After that, they completely disappeared. Communication stopped entirely. I followed up multiple times and was met with total silence--no responses, no mock-up, no update, and no explanation. I was left wondering what was happening with my order and with the shirts I had already handed over to them. What makes this even worse is that they were recommended by Bear Essentials LLC, so I trusted that recommendation and expected a professional experience. When I followed up with Bear Essentials as well--since she said she knew them--I was ignored there too. Now, because of their lack of professionalism and complete disregard for communication, I am left without the shirts I needed for a funeral. This was time-sensitive and important, and they chose to ignore me instead of simply being honest or responding. So not only did the stop responding, but the person who referred them also stopped replying once there was an issue. It is beyond unprofessional to take someone's items, make promises about turnaround time, and then fail to do the bare minimum of simply responding. This whole experience has been nothing but stressful and unacceptable. What a way to treat someone who was genuinely trying to support a small business. I would absolutely not recommend Dizzy Printing or anyone connected to this situation to people who value reliability, honesty, and basic communication.
