I had a huge tree from the green belt coming over my backyard fence and killing my grass. I also had several dead trees (because of the winter freeze) beside my pool, shedding tons of leaves. I contacted them on Saturday, received a phone call in a few minutes. I sent him two pictures with trees. He came in next Monday as promised. To cut several branches from the 30 ft tree and two other smaller trees, I paid less than a grand (I'm not sure if I can say the exact amount). He brought in his team of five guys in a few hours and got them all trimmed, cut, and hauled away in about 2 hours. He cleaned up my pool as well. From contacting him on the weekend and got all of them trimmed on Monday, it was so easy and fast. Nicely done. read more

Worst, most unprofessional company I've dealt with. We did a lot of research, and based on the reviews went with this company. We thought everything was going good, they did a great job we thought at first. Then we realize they had dropped heavy limbs all into our pool, and onto our deck which cause damages costing $2700. When we called to bring it up and get things resolved the man offered to give us $150 off of our service.... We said that was unacceptable and that we would be needed their insurance (which they told us they had prior) and continuously got the run around and now can not get ahold of anyone to get this fixed. Never thought this would happen considering the lead man was so nice and seemed like he was a good business man... boy were we wrong. Do yourself a favor and don't pay attention to all the good reviews, he asks people to write them for a better up front price. WORST experience ever and don't think your saving any money using them because clearly they don't know how to properly not damage your property! Wow! I called Lewis 2 days ago late in the evening to request a quote on cleaning up my big oak tree before the next big storm damages our house. He arrived early the next am (communicated his ETA as requested), gave me a fair price to include removing a dying crepe myrtle in my backyard. By 10 am 2 days after my initial call, he and his team have cut everything, removed all debris, and would have been willing to remove a Bradford pear at no additional charge (I allowed it to live another day). He is present throughout the job, his company is insured, and they do not waste time. I had no need for it, but he will also leave you firewood from what he cuts if you request it. In my opinion the key to great customer service is communication. These guys are amazing! This morning I filled out online form to be contacted for tree trimming. My phone rings within 3 minutes thanking me for contacting them and asking when they can come by to provide free estimate. 20 minutes later they are at my house looking at trees and providing options. If their tree trimming is as good as their customer service then I contacted the right company. I'll update review this afternoon after tree trimming is completed. Update: Tree trimming is already complete! They did a great job and I was impressed with their team of tree experts hard at work trimming the trees in a safe manner.
